I Called to see if he was available and he refused me service because I told him I called another locksmith and their wait time was an hour?! Of course Im calling around, I would like to get into my house sooner! I have my 4yr old daughter with me! He said Im not going to undermine another company, I know all of those guys and theyre all my friends, so just wait for them, as if I was asking for a price comparison?!?! Extremely unprofessional!

I called A Higher Security to get a price quote to rekey five locks at my house. Surprisingly, their price was $15 lower than the other quote I got from a different locksmith in town. Their locksmith came the same day at the scheduled time. He was professional and finished the job in about 30 minutes. This was my first experience with any locksmith, but I have been pleased with their service and price. So far all keys are working fine.

The manager and his wife are sooo rude!! I never heard of someone being rude to a first time customer. My husband was calling around for quotes and so was I. I called and spoke to the managers wife. I didn't know my husband made an appointment with them yet. Once I told her my address she began getting an attitude and say your calling around getting quotes? I'm taking you off the schedule. 'Obviously I'm going to call around and see if I can get someone to come same day.' She start yelling saying Im going to cancel you guys for calling around. I hung up on her called back to speak to the manager comes to find out the manager is her husband and he did not even care that his wife is disrespecting his customers. I never heard of a company that treats there customers to poorly!!! They deserve 0 stars and to be shut down!

I accidentally locked myself out of my house today. I contacted several local locksmiths and one of them happened to be A Higher Security Locksmith. I spoke with Christopher who stated that he was on a job in Banning and it might take an hour to an hour and half to finish. He gave me a couple names and phone numbers of other local locksmiths for me to call to see if they could come quickier. I called the numbers but one stated he won't be done for 2-3 hours and the other didn't answer. I googled and called several phone local locksmiths. None answered their phone because it's the weekend I guess. I ended up calling Chistopher back and he happened to finish with the job in Banning early. I came to my house about 40 minutes later. He asked for my ID to make sure this is my house which was good! He was able to open my door (the one in the garage--not the garage door that can be open/close with a remote control) quickly and explained the possible reasons it was locked or got stuck (I didn't lock it). He charged me a reasonable price and provided a professional service. I always support local businesses that provide excellent service. I recommend A Higher Security Locksmith to anyone who needs this type of service.
