Do not recommend: I was locked outside the apt in the middle of the night, and called for the time and a quote, yet (1) long waiting time and inaccurate estimation: I was told that that the arriving time for the locksmith is around 20 mins, the real waiting time is more than an hour; (2) overcharging: for a basic lock like mine, the whole process took less than 10 mins and they charge $200 for that (the original estimation I got on phone is ~$100 for a basic lock). I feel that I am blackmailed.

Went to Jays the other day to have duplicate keys made for work and the service was excellent! Jay was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out in no time. I would definitely recommend Jays to family and friends in need of a locksmith.

Most friendly cobbler around. NOT a locksmith. If you go there for anything other than cutting keys he will offer to call his 'mobile service.' Don't go there expecting to work with an actual locksmith.... The photo that is posted on the google maps is photo shopped to make it look like a store front for a lock smith. zoom in on street view and you will see that it is a cobbler store front...
