Excellent Service!!! Highly recommend...They were knowledgeable, prompt (less than 10minutes), and inexpensive.My mother's 2005 Nissan Altima needed 2 new keys reprogrammed. The dealer charged $145. SouthBay Lock charged $85 and it took less than 10minutes (versus the dealer needing to keep the car over the weekend). $65 saved and my Mom & I are so grateful. They even gave us a calendar and 2 pens.Thanks South Bay Lock

Purchased a used 2017 Buick Encore which came with only one key remote. Did not want to pay the high prices quoted by the dealer to get a 2nd key remote so ordered an OEM remote through an independent on-line vendor. I did search of lock & key shops near me and came across South Bay Lock & Security in Carson. The reviews were good so gave them a call; Amy (sp?) was very nice and helpful and I took the car in the next day. The staff/technician were all so nice and professional. The cutting and programming of the key remote was done in a timely manner and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again and will refer them to family and friends.

Honestly, I am so happy, they made my life so much easier. My wallet and keys were stolen, they made time in their schedule for me, so that way I could actually drive my car. We used another service through my insurance that made my car alarm go off, because they did not provide the correct type of key, but honestly the team here is AMAZING! I did not have to bring it back to the dealership, and it saved me a ton of money!!!!
