To be honest I wish I could do less than a star. Ralph. Terrible customer service. I called and scheduled to meet at my car at a specific time. The next day come the scheduled time. Nobody showed. I called and checked where they were and Ralph seemed to be surprised. Hmm. Didn't we schedule an appointment? He then proceeds to say 'thirty more minutes max' well guess what happened thirty minutes later. Another call had to be made for him to blame the late arrival on his brother. Twenty more minutes he says. Twenty minute later. Nobody. I call again and this guy has the nerve to be rude to ME! A customer that had a scheduled appointment and continued to wait for over an hour after the scheduled time. This place is run by a bunch of incompetent oafs. Horrible. Honestly just horrible.

So three stars for effort but we had a set of vehicle specific keys made for our Nissan rogue only to find out that there was a communication issue between the the vehicle and it's bcm module that ended up costing us an additional 15oo.oo dollars and over a week in to he shop. Loc doc was informed that the keys hey cut would not work for our vehicle thus a refund was warranted. So a month later and now playing phone tag once again I ask...May we please get our refund?

Called him at about 10 o'clock and said he would have the key ready from 12-1. I show up at 1 from Paradise and he doesn't have it ready so I decided to go with someone else and he was EXTREMELY RUDE and hung up and said he had the key ready just 5 minutes after I left.

the key he made didn't even open my chevy cruze 2014 so he used tools to open the car door. Because he had a doctors appointment he left with the job unfinished and said he would come back. I called Ralph to let him know that I would be going through someone else because I was desperate for the car. I was told I would have to pay $100 extra if I called him back after calling someone else. How does that even make sense!! Definitely will not recommend him to anyone else and will not be going through 'The Lock Doc' in the future.
