I had a great experience here. Al went above and beyond to help me copy a couple of keys. Some people leaving negative reviews just don't understand how much things like car keys cost these days. Would absolutely go back. As of writing this, they are under renovation, but remain open.

I showed up to have a duplicate key made for a newer Tacoma. Ended up down to one key and that wasnt me feel good about prospects of losing the last key. I really couldnt have had better experience -Duplicate made on the spot. Anyone can cut the key but not many can or would program it. This place had the machine.Prices significantly lower than any place in a zip radius. Trust me, I called around. Easy painless experience, no appointments, no waits, no big bill. I will keep this place in mind next time I have any key issues.

This is one of few businesses that cuts keys for vehicles. Came in today (July 24th) at 4:45 PM to get 3 spares made for my motorcycle. Two gentleman greeted me and they got right to work. We talked about cars and motorcycles while they were making my keys, which ultimately made me feel super welcome. These guys deserve a raise. Thank you for helping me out!

Never go to this place for anything. The will rip you off like crazy.The person there charged me 75$ for creating a duplicate of my car keys which needed no programming. I even provided the blank. The only thing he had to do was to cut the key. When I later checked in other stores, they said they charge anywhere from $2 to $4 depending on the key. I just lost $75. Please make sure this doesn't happen to you as well.

I had to have my suitcase unlock as the combination was misplaced. I called up and asked a few question about my problem not being able to unlock my suitcase. Was told they will be open until five and I could take my suitcase there. The owner was very nice and unlocked my suitcase with in 15 minutes. A wonderful person.

I had Kustom Locksmith Services from Laguna Hills fix my front door hardware, and they were wonderful.I'd originally used another locksmith with very unsatisfactory results. After two attempts by them, I called Kustom Locksmith. Within 40 minutes my door was operating perfectly. And they even made me a couple of keys. They charged me less than the original outfit too. I will make a point of using Kustom Locksmith Services in the future.

Spent 2 weeks waiting on parts that wouldn't work.Went to get a refund and the OWNER was absolutely rude simply because I'm young. Called me 'ignorant' and he believed that giving a refund was the same thing as giving respect. Would never come back here and would deeply suggest not coming here if you're looking for decent customer service and parts that work properly.

My car key broke, I went there with my wife on a late Friday evening and the dude was very patient with us. He cut the key, he wasn't sure if it will work as the blade I had with me was not the correct one, but he managed to make it work and saved my Memorial Day weekend. Thanks.

They're crooks. They quoted me one price and when they showed up they tried to charge me 3 times as much and wouldn't leave when I told them no. I called another and he came and did the job for less even less
