Be careful with these guys. They gave me a $179 price quote just to pick my lock when I left the house without my keys. That's pandemic price gouging. And it's illegal.

The technician was kind and did his job efficiently. When I called for a quote they stated it starts at $65. I explained the type of lock and was still told the starting price. The technician came and opened my lock in less than 30 seconds with a key and wd40. Then charged me $210 and explained to me that it was because of advertising costs a lot lol. If you need it done quick this is a good company, but be prepared to be under quoted and over charged with a poor excuse for justification.

We just bought a new place and I wanted to have the locks changed out for peace of mind. I called Michael and he came over the same day. He looked at the locks and said they just needed to be rekeyed (saving me $$). He took care of my deadbolt and door lock in about 30 minutes - everything is as good as new. Shady - had them come out at 930pm so I realize it's a night job but that doesn't excuse their outrageous price quote of $225 for a '5 or 10 min job'. I told HS Locksmiths to leave - called another locksmith who came out within 20 mins, had the door open in 10 minutes and only asked for $75.

These guys are great, I called in to replace the lock in our office and the owner of the company came right away to get the job done.He went way beyond expectations to satisfy me, as the customer.The property manager walked along the hallway and told him he would have to match our new lock to a master key that the manager had, which meant more work for him. The manager was impatient and asked the locksmith to return the following day, he did and got it all done and fixed for us. He also made extra keys for the new office.All in all the pricing and service was tremendous.

So we called a guy name Eddie over he didn't wanna mention how much it'll cost to get him here on the phone and told us you'll know later, so we trusted him. (He's only down the block 7 mins walk which we walked there according to Google Map and couldn't find his store front that's why we called). He got here and told us we're going to pay $29 for his travel and two twenty six for just the cabinet lock to be replaced. We agreed with that at first unknowingly it's $226 instead of $2.26, who knows this tiny safe lock can cost a whole new safe. Thank god we clarify the price with him again. Then he told us he went to school just for lock for three years and forced us in a way to buy his service since he's already here. I held him back and tell him we may have other option or let's not do it if that's the price cuz we can buy a whole new safe with it. He repeatedly said 'it's up to you!' in an unfriendly manner and tone. We did not feel good even letting him into our door for his pushy manner. We're asking for someone who can do the job with a respectful manner and reasonable price. Understand customer's stand point and not force your service, this is not Wild Wild West nor wild China where you force someone must buy your service with an attitude. Completely scam! Now this is a lesson for your business feed, it's not always only about how good you are with your specialty but also how you work with your customers, and not to run your business with only money in mind but to provide a satisfying service so they'll return for your business to run long enough.

As good and easy as it gets.After a recent remodel project, I needed the house re-keyed.Michael was great on the phone but better when he arrived. After being told for years that our front door could not have the same key as the rest...he said not true and made it happen.He also fixed some other lock issues he discovered free of charge.I don't need a locksmith often, but when I do, this is the guy.

Nicest guy in the world. Seriously. I live in downtown LB and he was here within 15 minutes. Other locksmiths have charged extra for this and that. Michael came in with one price and even after having to spend a little extra time that would have cost me another hundred from any other company, he kept his word and charged me exactly what he told me from the beginning. In 20 minutes from locking myself out I was inside and home. Thanks again brother!

The service was great, but 600 dollars to drill a hole into the lock and install a new lock is way way way way way overpriced. I wish I had just broke the lock myself and purchased a new one for 25 bucks. I feel like I was taken advantage of in a bad situation. I have never heard of a locksmith charging that much for a simple lock out situation. Now I have to scramble to make up that money because who has an extra 600 dollars just lying around!? Nice guy and quick service but not worth the outrageous cost!!!
