The whole service was amazing! Fast to respond to my call, he was able to set me up for the following day, a Sunday, just wanted to change my locks after I moved into a new apartment. I called and asked if I would be able to be available for the technician to arrive a little earlier than the 1 hour window I was given and they said o problem. The technician was great! He explained all the options & everything he did step by step. Quick & professional! I would definitely use them again if i needed!

Literally the best service I have ever got. I arrived at a home in rancho to get ready for an open house that I was hosting that day just to find out that I was locked out! I frantically searched online for a locksmith in the area as everything was scheduled to start in just 1 hour! They answered right away when I called, they had guys working on the clock & ready to send over. The office member who answered my call was nice, friendly and very helpful, just what I needed at the moment! The locksmith had arrived in less than 30 minutes & opened the door for me really fast! The timing was perfect, when the locksmith was walking down to exit, our first group of clients were walking in. he saved the day like really! and I couldn't be more thankful for their high level of professionalism, and great customer service!

Stated that there was a $20 service fee, and a 'nominal' charge by the technician on site. My elderly mother had locked herself out of the house. The technician arrived, and in less than a minute, unlocked the door. She was charged $269 dollars for the service. When I called them to inquire about the charges, they told me that they would get back to me. After not having heard back, I called again and they blocked my number. Avoid this company - there are many other ethical companies out there.
