HIGHLY RECOMMEND A 24 Hour Locksmith. My wife and I were stranded after our newer smart-lock and keypad malfunctioned while stepping out to walk the dog on a cold night. Total rip off AND they were late. They wanted to charge $150 that another company charged $60. They are relying on you being stranded or not wanting to wait for someone else. My principals took precedence over my time that day. I refused to be ripped off; so I waited for someone else. Id select 0 if I could. Stay away from this company.

After having my truck broken and ignition broken they were able to come to my apartment complex and swap out a new one in less then 10 minutes. Explained it would be $395 but could be less. Ended up being $424 and zero justification for the price. Felt completely taken advantage in an already bad situation.

Our fob key was damaged so we called 24 hour locksmith for support. The technician that came out worked on our car and the fob that he programmed worked but the very next day it didnt. I called back and the same technician took a second look at it. Hours after working on the issue, he was able to reprogram it the right way and basically admitted that he took shortcuts the first time. It has been seven months from the very first time I called, and my fob has stopped working.I tried changing the battery on it to see if that was the issue but its not. I called 24 hour locksmith back and they said that I am out of the 90 day warranty. I cant believe I paid $400 for this. I would NOT recommend.

STAY AWAYCommitted to customer service. Is this a joke?I locked myself out of my RV while staying in Sacramento area with my cell phone inside (of course). I used a friend cell phone to find a locksmith to help me out. This is what she dialed so I went with it. They came (Dec 30), got me back in my vehicle and I made the trip home. Charged $150. Outrageous but whatever. When I got home and tried to lock the RV, I realized the locksmith damaged the lock I cant even get my key fully inside. I tried the two phone numbers on the receipts that was texted to me. No success there. When I finally contacted Winnebago to get a price, and got the company name and number we were January 4. At first the person seemed customer friendly. Told me to send pictures and told me the technician would call back. Nobody called me back. I called again. He said that they would repair if I bring the RV in Sacramento which I mentioned was not acceptable I am two hours away and this rig is not getting great gaz mileage. I said what I would want to make the situation right would be to pay for the lock part (about 60ish) the replacement by someone here and the reimbursement for the $150 locksmith service to compensate for all the troubles I am getting in. At this point he started denying they created the problem, etc and then HUNG UP ON ME. So I called again right away and he said well call you back. When I said I would prefer to wait I was put on hold and waited for a long time then got disconnected. Then I call again and magically the guy disappeared. Gone for the week end. Apparently his end of day happened right during our conversation. Such a coincidence. Save yourself money and trouble go with someone else.

Called and asked to get my name car slim jimmied after locking my keys in the vehicle. I was told a tech was dispatched and that a technician would call me in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later I was called back by office telling me a tech was dispatched. I asked for a price. She said service fee was 29 and that the tech would contact me right away. I waited an hour with my friend by my vehicle with no contact of any kind. I called the shop back and she said put me on hold while she contacted the tech and got him on the phone. The tech got on apologized and said he was 6 minutes away according to his GPS. 10 minutes later he arrived. He then quoted me at 169 dollars just to unlock my door. Really bad, very slow service and I felt like they tried to hide the price and were dishonest with me. One star. Would not use again and would not recommend.

They stole $350 from me. I made an appointment tat 9:00am to have my Audi key made and I barely got a copy at 6:00PM. I was dissatisfied with the work at quality of the product and asked for a refund like I was promised from the get go if my key was not original. Tech got mad and left with my original key, original lock control and all the copies he made along with another working lock control. To make things worse he left my window down. So now I'm stuck with NO KEYS, MY WINDOW DOWN, & ROBBED $350. They are the worst. Oh and when I tried to have them bring me my original keys back they kept going around the bush as to who was going to bring it and no that I'm calling to get myKeys back they've blocked my number. This is one horrible business. NEVER USE THEM. They steal from their customers.
