Best place to have your locks serviced. Have an old toolbox that needed the lock adjusted as the bar became loose. He came out to my car and adjusted it for me right then and there in less than 5 minutes. Best part was he did everything in a friendly, professional, non-condescending manner. This goes a long way.

i called ADI to have my ignition switch changed. they quoted me 120 bucks to change my ignition switch. when they got to my house he said he had to check out a couple things. he also spent about 20 minutes talking to his boss on the phone. by the end of it he said the problem was not mechanical but electrical and he personally could not fix it and that i needed to take the car somewhere else. which was fine,but when i asked for my money back (because he didnt fix my ignition switch) he told me no that the diagnostic cost 120$. that is not what i was told over the phone. so now i am out 120 bucks and my car is not fixed. He also did not put it back to where it initially was and now i have to start it under the hood with a screwdriver. Boss was extremely unprofessional and yelled at me on the phone

My girlfriend lost her keys and needed a mobile locksmith the tech was fine, the owner or manager on shift quoted her one price after the key was made he went to collect payment and he asked for 125 dollars more that the initial price, when she called the person quoted her he answered then when she started making her case he hung up then she had the tech call and the guy said collect the payment or you won't have a job anymore, horrible ownership NEVER WILL EVER RECOMMEND

I would HIGHLY recommend this company. Very professional and friendly. I lost my car key- my only car key. They were able to come out to me in a timely manner. I had just gotten ripped off by another company minutes before he was able to come out. ADI definitely saved my day & saved me a ton of $$, they charged me half of what every other company was charging me. Five stars wouldnt recommend any other locksmith!

Needed a replacement remote for my Jeep. They said they could beat the dealers price by $35, so sounded good. I made an appointment and called on my way to their Sacramento location. The guy said he'd be there in 20 minutes. I waited in front of a closed store (weekday at 11am) for 40 minutes beyond the time he said he'd be there. I called several times but it went to an answering service who said he was on his way. Finally gave up and left and fought traffic back up to Rancho Cordova. Maybe an isolated incident, but I wasted an hour and a half on these guys.

Had to wait for the worker to show up after calling them guess they don't have someone who stays in the storefront as they have more mobile calls. But he was very nice an apologized for the wait very knowledgable about my specialty key to my car, and made sure it worked himself before giving new key to me.

I was locked out of my car twice this month. When ADI came to help me the second time the locksmith showed me that the first locksmith over charged me, lying about my key having a chip and gave me a key code so if I lose it again I can just call and have him r make the key. I had them rekey all of my locks a few months ago. Now none of them work they're either locking on their own, sticking and won't lock, or really loose. It's costing me three times as much now because I'm replacing all of the locks. They were supposed to show up today and it was another no-show.

ADI lock and key is a great business. Gil was very helpful and responded in a timely manner as well as offering a very fair price. I came out from Folsom to go to another locksmith and they did not have the key I needed in stock. The next locksmith I tried quoted me $280.00 to come out and make one copy. Then I tried ADI and they were great. Gil came out to me and only charged me for the keys which was $30.00 for both. Very polite and even tested the keys before he left. I would Recommend ADI lock and key to anyone from a stranger to my grandma. A+

The reason I give ADI a five star rating is because literally out of five locksmiths before ADI only one could manage to solve my problem only to create another & still wanted to get paid. I truly believe that true success is in the satisfaction of the customer. NOT JUST GETTING PAID. ADI actually evaluated the problem & finished the job merely quick for a fair price. I would recommend ADI to anyone. The only reason I'm doing this is because they deserve it !

Was leaving gym when I was opening the trunk of my vehicle and BOOM! I snapped my key, surely enough I was googling the closest and cost efficient locksmith nearby. Got locked out of car on Fathers Day weekend called a different company who miss quoted me by a couple hundred bucks. Then charged me a service fee of 12 bucks and then another 120 just to open up the car. Gave ADI Lock and key who gave me a flat quote and hooked me up with 2 keys. Way cheaper then the first company. Couldnt be happier with the honesty and quickness they provided me 5 our 5 would recommend to any one with any sort of lock issue.

Today was horrible! My key got stuck in my car ignition and called them to see if they could get my key out. Mind you my keys has been stuck in my ignition before like 5 months ago. All I had to do was wiggle it out and move the steering wheel etc. but never had a issue again until today. I called the adI lock and key and I didnt want to spend any more money so I drove to them thinking it would cost less. I show up at the place and the guy Gil comes and takes a look at the car and told us to go in the office and he would handle the issue. My bf told him that a mechanic would have charged us 570 for a new ignition but Gil thought that we said another locksmith was going to charge us 570 to get the key out of the ignition. He told us it wouldnt be 570. He didnt tell us the exact price and thinking it would be cheap. It took him less than 10 minutes to get the key out of the ignition and he charged us 400$. He didnt replace any or repair anything! The only thing he did was take a key out of the ignition and charged us 400$ I called the dispatch and told them what had happened they did nothing! I called the boss and he basically said it was my fault because I didnt replace my ignition. And I asked him if it was a reasonable price to charge someone for that price and he even agreed with me saying no! Gil the guy who helped us called us and said that he doesnt work for the company and he was his own worker. He called us and was really mad he started to say if my key ever was stuck again dont ever call him or go to him btw Im never coming back! Horrible service! I would not recommend this place go somewhere else where the pricing is better and better service! I wouldnt even give them a one star it would be 0!

Had several appointments set up and the appointment time came and nobody was here. Never got a call saying they would be late. Had to call several times. Would not recommend at all.The key was not for a Honda CRV. It was for a Kawasaki Ninja 650R. Technician came twice and both times could not make the key. Took my gas cap with him and did not come back for 3-4 days. Had to hound you to even get my gas cap back. We went with another company, POP- A-LOCK and they had two keys made for me in 20 mins.
