A million thanks to Certified Safe & Lock Co and Technician Jim! As I was briefly outside locking my side gate, my laundryroom door shut and locked me out of the house. I walked over to Certified and they immediately added me to Technician Jim's service schedule. He arrived within the hour, and within a few minutes, he unlocked my stubborn security door and also rekeyed it at the same time, which I was meaning to have done since I moved in 2 years ago. In sum, Certified scheduled me immediately despite being shortstaffed and Technician Jim killed two birds with one stone for such a reasonable price! I'm thoroughly impressed with the company and Technician Jim's professionalism and skills. I highly recommend them for all your lock and key needs! They have a customer for life!
