I just had the worst experience with Robert! He was rude, obnoxious and tried to over charge me for a simple lock!!I called about 3 different companies and they were the only available ones and I saw some good reviews so figured what the hell let's try them.I regret that decision. I would advise you to stay away from this business and especially Robert!I wish there was less than 1 star!

I had a horrible experience with Robert who was rude, unreliable and tried to over charge me for a simple lock!!Took him 2 hours extra than the time he provided, he completely messed up my original lock, had no idea what he was doing and left me like that for days!!!!!!!!I would not recommend Robert to anyone in need of any locksmith service.

Such good service here! Marge and Rich take great care of us, any time my husband and I need keys made or locks installed. The shop is tidy and organized, and the staff are friendly, warm and knowledgeable. We got our small, fireproof safe from them as well!

Beware of this business! If you are looking to get bad attitude and low performance call them. I had the most awful experience with their tech Robert. He was late, he was Rude!I wish there was less than 1 star
