Adam made a duplicate key for my motorcycle in just a few minutes. He made a test key with one of the blanks he had, just to make sure the key would work properly. I really like that he took this step, that way he wouldn't accidentally ruin my blank key. Once the test key worked, he used my blank key to make a duplicate. In less than 10 minutes I had 2 extra keys! His prices are extremely fair and he makes great keys. I will definitely be calling him again in the future. This is the best locksmith experience I've had. Thank you Adam :)

They had to replace an entire lock assembly, re-manufacture a new one to fit the front door, a very difficult job no thanks to the builder who installed a lock assembly from a company long out of business. Asked them to come back once to 'adjust' the mechanism and were here in less than two hours. Gatlin Locks & Doors are real pros, the best. If you're reading this, there is no need to shop any further. That plus all the good reviews he has here.

Last month, I called Adam to help me resolve an issue with a lock at one of my stores. Although he was on-time and worked quickly, Adam seemed to have an attitude issue which at the time was understandable; we had forgotten to give him key information on the job (a picture of the door and lock) and my staff had some trouble communicating in English. Because of this miscommunication, there was a lot of tension between my staff and Adam during the repair, and my customers and staff felt severely uncomfortable because of his shouting and demeanor. At the end of the day, the job took longer than expected (about 3 visits over 2 days), and his solution was less than satisfactory. His 2 years of experience really showed in his work, and his work only acted as a band-aid for the problem at hand. It seemed like he did try his best at fixing the problem, but it took a lot longer than expected. After we negotiated a price during the job for his solution, we agreed on a price (about 5 hours of labor at $125 an hour and $200 for parts), and Adam finished the job. Unfortunately, when Adam sent his invoice, he added an extra hour, so I spent 2 weeks questioning and negotiating him for the original agreed price. At the end of the day, he only charged me for an extra hour.His lack of professionalism and job quality severely disappointed me; the entire process was unpleasant and dishonest. If you need someone to fix your lock problems quickly, Adam is the man for you but dont expect to be happy about his solution.

I called this place in hopes that someone would be able to duplicate a key. The dude who picked up said hed come an try after he had dinner first. I waited about 20 minutes and called back and he kept saying hed try to fix it then said Im busy, goodnight. Waste of everyones time and not worth recommending at all for poor customer service and lack of any cooperation.

I am very happy with the service I have gotten with Adam locksmith. Especially, when it comes to time. He responded promptly to my request when other companies made me wait for over two hours; even when they show up they did not offer solution. You see I have a unique problem of accessing my trunk because all my keys were in it. But, Adam locksmith a unique out of the box thinking was able to save my day by getting my keys for reasonable price in a creative way. Thanks to him I was able to make it to work on time. I love a good bargain. I was on the hunt for a locking cabinet when I came across this STACK ON cabinet that was being sold as-is. The cabinet online is $350. The cabinet was in good shape (a couple of scratches) and price was $60 only problem was they didn't have a key. I had used Adam's Locksmith once before for a lost car key so, I decided to call them and with a few snapshots of the lock and cabinet Adam said he could pick it. I grabbed the cabinet and had Adam meet me in the parking lot. He arrived quickly as he did once before. I decided to challenge him to a pick-off. I asked how long to pick it? Adam said gimme 10 min. Well, It took him 8.5 min to pick it and sadly I found out that nobody left a million dollars inside. Regardless, as I said before I love a bargain. Mystery locked cabinet $60 Price to pick $80 New Lock and keys $70 Total price $210. I saved $140 + shipping for the cabinet. THANKS ADAM!

Great Service! Used car dealership contracted him to make a duplicate key and remote. Duplicate key worked instantly. After market remote didn't worked the first time due to programming issue despite the support from customer service. Finally worked with the second set. Adam does a great job. First of all, he showed up on time. Secondly, he expertly changed out the doorknobs and deadbolts on 3 doors, including boring a hole for a deadbolt in one of them. He also took the time to show me how to reprogram the keys for the Smartkey locks. Lastly, he made over a dozen keys for another house that had 3 different keys. He did a super job! I consider him my locksmith for all future projects. I highly recommend him.
