Paul was friendly and professional. He replaced the lockset on our front door after the deadbolt and handle gave out and was fast and very reasonable. He recommended what kind of lockset to get so I wasn't confused at home depot and explained why the one he recommended was better. He even cut extra keys for our new lock right there, saving me a trip to the store! I would highly recommend him and am so thankful for his hard work and great service.

This positive review is for Paul Nguyen from Aable Locksmith, who I have used over the past 7 years for various properties. He is highly responsible to his calls and has always responded immediately without hesitation. Even after hours, he would still make the effort to come to job site to get out locks fixed. He is friendly and very knowledgeable, more than other locksmith we used in the past, His charge is also lower than other locksmith. He is quick and smart and can problem solving. For example, one locksmith from other company wants to charge us $ 600 to change a new lock, vs. him $288 to modify current lock to substitute some components of the lock to make it functional. we highly recommend this competent locksmith, Paul from Aable Locksmith, A++++++++!!!

Great service, Supper Fast, to the point. Paul was very professional. I called,he was able to get me and estimate over the phone with only a picture. Arrived in 5 minutes after called.Finished the service in a couple of minutes. I ended up with second set of keys. All that in less than 20 min.. On top of that he was respectful, professional, clean and honest. Resonable prices, took Venmo as a form of payment. I am very impressed with his service. Will call back if needed.

I just got the keys to my first home and wanted to do a re-key on all the doors I made an appointment for the following day but asked if he could call if something opened up and thankfully it did he came same day did all the door in less then 45 mins super professional and very nice definitely would use him again!! I just bought a townhouse and needed the locks to be rekeyed. I ended up having them show up within 30 minutes of my call and the work was finished in well under an hour. I had 2 knobs and 1 deadbolt rekeyed. Highly recommend!! This is the first place I found and this will be the only place I'll go moving forward. AMAZING customer service

I had locked myself out of my room today and having only my phone with me I started to look up how to unlock locks or how to pick keyed bedroom locks. Needless to say I gave up on picking the lock rather quickly and instead searched for best locksmith in San Jose. A-Able Locksmith was the first one on the list on yelp. I messaged A-Able along with 5 other local locksmiths using yelp. Three of the other locksmiths responded via message with a questions or quotes; unreasonable price and questions were basically where are you? - we might not service your area (but your a mobile locksmith whos address is listed 5 miles from my house address...how do you not provide service 5 miles from your business address...I mean what the F. Anyways; A-Able was the only one to give me a call (the 5 locksmith didnt even get back to me). We spoke on the phone at 11:22AM during which call I was provided with a reasonable quote. I asked them when can they come? Paul (I think that was the gentlemans name but I could be wrong as I was distracted by work call when he showed up) was here at 11:41AM. He understood my urgency without me having to explain anything other than yeah I have work today. He got here fast and within 5minutes he had the door unlocked. I probably wont ever need a locksmith again (I hope) but if I do something stupid as lock myself out of my bedroom then A-Able will be my only one Ill call. Thank you for your service.

Paul responded right away from the website scheduling tool since he had a conflict, and we got that squared away immediately. My front door lock turned out to be a barely functional antique, and though he couldn't 100% fix the problems I was having, he did a great job of getting it to a functional state again. Paul was very honest about the fact that the door lock would be very expensive and difficult to replace if it came down to that, but didn't try to sell me a replacement or anything like that, and even charged less for the service since he couldn't do a complete repair.

A happy customer! Paul was really nice, efficient and fairly priced. He fixed our front door lock within a few hours of calling him on a Saturday morning and even left us a new spare key with his business card attached to it. I also appreciated that he texted us when he was 30 minutes away. That way I didnt have to wait around all day for him. What I liked about his service is when I called, I was connected directly to him and not a dispatcher. I previously had a locksmith appointment with another company that kept rescheduling and their technician tried to re-quote me $200 dollars more than what their dispatcher did. So I decided to call A-Able Locksmith and Paul was very responsive to my situation. His quote was reasonable for what I asked for and he came to my house within 20 mins! He also allowed me to pay through Venmo which was super convenient! I highly recommend him to anyone I know now! Super honest and a great guy! Thank you Paul!

Full marks to Paul who was awesome. On the main door, we have an extended (bigger) latch that was broken. The part had to be ordered and is hard to get. However all along the way, Paul was always responsive (within minutes) to any questions I had and also to keep me informed of the status of the part order. He came home at the top of the window he promised, and was absolutely clean and efficient in replacing the latch. He also opened up an old lock for a shoe box I had in the garage, for which I had lost the key. Absolutely recommended Paul for any job and I'll definitely get him again for when the need arises.

We had a key stuck in our back door of our business. Due to safety issues we couldn't leave the key there over night. We called Paul and in about 20 minutes and was here.
