First set of keys did not work. Called customer service who issued me an immediate refund and apologized. I asked if I should try it again and she said I could and to hold it in firmly.Received my second set of keys on Thursday Jun 4 within the 3-5 day promised date. I was able to try them out on Jun 8 and they work fine. Thank you so much. Service was excellent!Thank you.

It is so easy making keys at the kiosk. It can take quite awhile ifmaking multiple keys but the time is offset for me because the location (in a Safeway) is so handy. Keys always work and the price is fair.

I needed to have 3 copies of one key made. The kiosk was ez to use but I was a little surprised at the cost of a key. I did enjoy the ease and convenience but, it took quite some time for each key to be made and I couldn't walk away from the kiosk and shop, which I could do in a hardware store. It was ok.
