A neighbor utilized this company's services; they came into our condo community, through a locked entry gate and parked on top of our sidewalk, literally, on TOP of our walkway a couple yards at most from the front of my bedroom window, about 6 feet away. Slammed his van door early in the morning jolting me from sleep. Needless to say, I had about 3 hours of sleep due to this company, necessitating missing a business appointment today because too tired to drive the 2 hours. When I notified the owner to move his truck (same person) he nastily said 'Relax' to me. When you park ON A WALKWAY in a residential area, the nice response should be, 'I am so sorry, I will never do that again, and I will offer you a coupon for my services'. When I called him later he was nasty again and hung up the phone, claiming his van couldn't fit into our below ground guest parking. Many trucks fit down there and certainly his would too. Or he could park in the street with his blinkers on. I advised him it is against our community rules to park in our driveway (due to Fire safety, etc.) as it is very narrow., and most certainly not on top of our walkway!. When you are a for-profit business, you do not have the right to run your business for your own needs without any consideration of the other people that are not USING your services. And it is your responsibility to consider the residential communities that you are coming into. Not everyone is on your business schedule. And the neighbors of your customer should not be harassed with your parking habits while you are servicing them. It is obvious if a driveway is too narrow to park in, you should not park there, most certainly not pull onto the walkway next to bedroom windows of residents. It is against our HOA rules to park in the driveway, period. You have been advised and cordially requested to not do this again. I cannot imagine ever working with a company that is so inconsiderate and oblivious to others. If you want more customers, there are better ways to procure them.

Ryan was amazing. He called me back when he said he was going to. He showed up when he said he was going to. I clumsily locked myself out of of the house today. After after youtube educating myself, I attempted to pick my own lock...and failed miserably. I called another locksmith company the person they sent struggled and seemed inexperienced. After nearly 30 mins he wanted to break the lock or door (he wasn't being clear). When I politely asked if they was someone he could consult or get to help him he became very rude and disrespectful. Ultimately telling me that if he couldn't do it none could. All that to say I called Hamilton's lock and key and in about 5 minutes he jimmied the lock open for me. The other guy was banging on the lock so hard the my inside door knob popped off, Ryan graciously put it back on and securred it for me. After being locked out for more than 5 hours I'm thankful Ryan got the job done with out having to break the lock. I have passed on you information to the president of out HOA should anyone else ever need your services.
