Terrible service, not only they charge us a bunch of money to repair a metal door, they damaged it worse and told us we had to replaced the door. We contacted another company and discover the technician from Torrance Lock & key security broke two screws from the door and left the broken pieces inside instead of replacing them. After several calls with David trying to explain the issue, (including pictures and videos of the door that he rejected to see) he was offending me and told us that the wind broke the metal door. (and he said he does that for a living so he know better) Good way to lose a loyal customer

Great prices and they do ANY key. I went to 5 different Lowes and Home depot's. None would do my drawer. I went into this place, and got 5 copies of my keys in less than 5 minutes! Staff was so friendly and even said if key doesnt work just bring it back. It worked, so no complaints.

I needed help that afternoon and they couldn't send anyone until the next morning. Went over to the shop and they gave us a spray that might work, but it didn't. Had to call someone else who got there in 20 minutes.

Very rude and not reliable and horrible communication. I've worked with many locksimths and this is pretty bad. Look somewhere else for reliable service. Unless you want to feel like your doing them a favor. Their level of service is probably why they don't have a yelp app either.
