Great prices, friendly service, quick response! I literally only waited 20 minutes after calling in for a tow. Caitlyn arrived and helped me out! Super nice young lady! She went above and beyond to keep me from stressing out. I highly recommend All-Star Towing!

All Star thought they had me at Sycramore Village apartments earlier today. Came in and swooped up two cars with one car having the alarm going off the whole way out the complex. I know dude was mad he was going to make a quota off my car coming in with his big ol flat bed

This is a rip off business that charges people an arm and leg for a tow. They towed my boat and charged me more than $640 (which was discounted from $805 for tow and two days of storage. It takes five minutes to hook up the trailer to any car with a hitch and they are less than 10 miles (15 minutes) away from where they towed my boat and they charged me two hours of towing service and 3 days of storage instead of 2 days. They towed my boat st 7:30 pm on Thursday and I picked it up on Saturday at 5:30 and they charged me for three days of storage instead of 2 days. I dont understand how they are in business and how no one has shut them down for fraud. This is a fraudulent business. Stay away and pray that no one becomes their victim.

Called these guys to tow my custom built truck and the driver showed up promptly 5 minutes before my scheduled time and was extremely cautious on where he hooked up to my components on my truck to make sure nothing was scratched. These guys are extremely professional. Explains why they are still around when you see tow companies closing left and right.

Will not use any other company again. These giys were not the cheapest but after the other (cheap) company never showed up i called All Star and they showed up fast and were nice and respectful. Great company and business model

BEWARE!! THEY OVER CHARGE They showed up at 2:40 PM and left with my truck at 3:09 PM. Their office called me at 4:28 PM and charged me for 3 hours at a rate of $175.00 an hour when they only took my truck 33 miles! I will NEVER be using this company again and recommend others stay away as well. Although I must say the driver was a great guy.

IM A TECH, ASKED TO HAVE. A TOOL BOX MOVE. FROM TRACY TO MANTECA. I WAS TOLD 175.00 WHICH WAS OK WITH ME. BUT WHEN THE DRIVER SEEN THAT I HAD A SMALLER TOOL BOX. EXTRA HE CHARGE ME AN EXTRA 50.00. NEVER AGAIN. ALSO A FRIEND WAS TOLD 100.00. TO PULL HIM OUT OF DITCH. WHEN THE DRIVER SHOWED UP. HE TOLD MY FRIEND IT WOULD BE AN EXTRA 50.00. WHAT A RIP OFF, TOW COMPANY.
