I needed a spare key for my Ford Explorer Sport, the dealership was going to charge $300 by the time I got the key and got it programmed AND they were on back order for like 3-4 weeks....James did this for $215, got the key in less than a week, and it only took him like 10/15 minutes start to finish to get it done. My key has lock, unlock, alarm, tailgate open, and remote start and all of them work perfectly. On top of all these practical things that made my experience great, James and his staff were so patient and easy to work with. I had scheduled an appointment early Monday morning and my mom was going to take my car (single mom who works Monday-Friday 7-5 so sometimes I need help with stuff like this) and had to cancel because of a death in the family. Rescheduled for Wednesday and my brother was going to help me and he no showed....I played tag a little with them and was able to get squeezed in last minute on a Friday. They were never rude about me canceling and made sure to make time for me! Thank you SO MUCH for the inexpensive, fast, patient, kind service.

This day and age is hard to trust someone either by messing up a job or looking shady! This business is very professional and trusting ! They programmed and cut a key that I bought off of eBay for my vehicle. I thought it was going to a big hassle and they would try to sell me a different key or programming. The did what I asked and nothing more. I will use them again and recommend to friends and family.

Was quickly able to make a couple copies of the keys for my 2012 chevy cruze on the spot (i brought in the blanks, though) and for a very reasonable price. They are also able to program keys, if you need it. Highly recomend!

Needed my locks changed on a new residence. I've used their services before and was pleased with their service. I was able to get some one out the same day and they switched out all my locks within a very fast time period! Plus the guy drilled the deadbolt hole deeper as it wasn't latching properly. Did a great job and was decently priced.
