I lost my key fab for a push start car, and Jeff came out, reprogrammed a new key, and got me taken care of ASAP at a reasonable price. Thanks Jeff!Update- Jeff told me when he came out that he would program my lost key fab when I found it at no cost. (What great service, I thought! ) After a few weeks, I called and he came out, but when he got here he said he'd have to charge me because he didn't have the right machine to do it. He failed to mention that he had to charge me before showing up. So i just told him I'd wait a couple more weeks for him to get his special machine and then give him a call. Now he won't answer my calls, return my texts, and leaves me no way to leave a voice message. I know he has caller ID because he answered my calls before and knew who I was. I will update this if he ever follows through on his word and makes things right... Dissapointed.

I called genes got a answering machine left a message he called back with in 30 min i talk to Jeff told him my problem he said it should be no problem no keep this in mind i had called other key shops they told me i had to go to the dealer anyway Jeff showed up 30 min early that worked out in my favor because i also am a small business owner so Jeff got on programming keys and cut some he was there for 30 or so min and had the problem fixed he was more then reasonable on price and was very professional i would recommend him to all my friends and customers
