Such an awesome experience. Called for information on getting a lock installed. Later, decided to pull the trigger and make it happen, they booked me an appointment that night and the locksmith arrived within the hour. He did an awesome job installing my lock, was fun and personable, and the price was reasonable. Loved the experience and the service and would definitely recommend them. Will be going with them for future lock needs!

Yaron and crew contacted me after initial call to AAA for locksmith services. I had noticed difficulty in starting my truck over the past few months and researched probable causes and remedies on YouTube. These solutions did not solve my problem. It continued to get worse until it would not function anymore. My key would not work in my recently purchased '15 Nissan Frontier truck tumbler anymore therefore I could not start the truck or move the shifter. It was either tow it to a automotive repair facility and wait for a scheduled appointment several days in future or utilize locksmith to diagnose and repair at home. Magic Key Locksmiths were timely, kept me informed of progress and next steps based on findings. The tumbler was a challenge and required complete replacement. They handled everything, kept me updated on progress since replacement part was not available in Colorado Springs and installed immediately once it arrived. Yaron, ensured that everything worked correctly and had me drive it to test functioning of all the controls as well before paying for services. He also said, to call back if I notice something from that could of been from the repair process and they'd handle it. They were competitively priced, friendly, honest and convenient. I highly recommend Magic Key Locksmiths 24HR Locksmith Services. I think you'd be surprised with the many areas they can assist a homeowner, business or vehicle owner with.

Finished cutting my key and programming it in 10 minutes. He quoted the cost over the phone at $80 (this is pretty standard in the industry) and then charged $60 when he did it. Super nice guy, quality quick service, it's worth the drive even if you have to go across town. You're getting quality services at a discounted rate.

Got a quote and then got price gouged as they were driving to us. Every piece of info they had was wrong. Disorganized and dishonest company. The tech basically blamed us for him getting a speeding ticket on the way in. Told him to leave and found an honest company that was literally half the cost and twice the skill.

Got locked out of my parents house just a couple days ago. They went up to Denver for a concert and were gonna be home late so I had to run to their house to let their dogs out and feed them. The garage door keypad was not working and wouldnt open the door. I have a key for their house but not one for the new screen door they had installed a couple of weeks before this. My mom called Magic Key Locksmiths and was told someone would be there within 20 minutes and what the total cost would be. Sure enough 20 minutes later, Chris pulled up and got me into the house. He was very professional and friendly. The best part about it was he had the lock picked and the door opened within Im not kidding 2 minutes. I was honestly amazed. That right there tells you the knowledge and experience of Magic Key employees. I paid the price that was quoted to my mother and didnt have any extra hidden fees only the rate that was quoted. Next time Im in a jam and get locked out Magic Key will be my first call!

Great service. Apparently 2018 F350 proximity keys are impossible to program. Three different places wouldnt even try. Two guys tried and ultimately referred me to Magic Key. Made a first thing in morning appointment and had it done in 15 minutes for a very reasonable price. For context the Ford Dealer wanted to schedule me for a $75 Electrical Troubleshooting and needed almost two weeks to make an appointment- once again the car dealership was disappointing as always. Magic Key was not. i will recommend and go back to Magic Key.

Highly recommend! Chris made a duplicate key for my Jeep wrangler at my home. He was fast, professional, and MUCH more affordable than the dealership. I will definitely do more business with Magic Key in the future. If you need a locksmith's services give 'em a call.

Called on a Sunday and they were out to meet me within 30 minutes. My car battery died and all I had was a key fob, which doesnt work when battery is dead. The gentleman that showed up was very professional and had my door open in less than 10 minutes. He even offered to help me with a jump afterwards. Price was reasonable, especially for a Sunday, even hooked me up with a military discount.

The response is fairly quick. The asian gentleman that answers is very thorough, although his accent is extremely heavy, so it will be difficult to understand what he is saying. This was the case in my situation. I called the man, originally referred to me by Enterprise who quoted me $165. He was not going to be available immediately, so I called Magic Key locksmiths instead. I was originally quoted $265 for the key, but I heard $175. When the guy servicing me arrived, he made the key without reviewing any of the charges until after he was finished making this $200+ house key. I called the guy who originally gave me the quote, who seemed to be very patient with me, he had in fact quoted me $265. I, however was extremely in a compromised state, missed my flight, lost my key, & was charged a significantly more expensive amount in comparison. In the end, I was charged $235, but still a large amount to be paying for a key with no remote.

Well I had thought my key broke off in my ignition. Jason was called by AAA (PLUS!). He explained we needed to find the other piece because it appeared to be missing a piece, we looked for 10 or so minutes without success. He was so courteous apologetic even in knowing there was nothing more he could do. 10 minutes after he left, I found the missing piece! Jason was back in 20 minutes and even jumped off my dead battery after making/programming my new key. I cant say how much Jasons attitude helped during this stressful time. Awesome, awesome, awesome!!

I called and the owner gave me the price of my service and he was true to his word. Was just seen and he reprogrammed my key fob to my car. It took a while, but I know these things take time. I felt so bad, but he kept at it. He got it to work and I have a reliable key to use now! I truly appreciate the time the owner took to make sure my key was really working properly. While doing all this, he was answering many calls, so I could tell he was a very busy man. I can understand why sometimes the quoted times could vary... because of people like myself haha! He could have just given up and told me to take my keys elsewhere, but he didnt. His price was much better than what I was quoted at the dealership, and his professional and quality service was exceptional. Would definitely recommend to my friends.
