No help with picking up heavy items. When I first walked in someone ask if I needed help finding something. I said, yes, top soil. She directed , by pointing and saying outside in the garden area. When I went out there, there was no one out there to help me find what I really needed. I picked up 2 bags of top soil, I have a knee injury, and proceeded back into the store. The door was not automatic so I had a little bit of a problem. Lady cashier was very nice but new to the store. Her trainer helped her but no one asked if I needed help getting the bags into my truck except the women behind me. She was another customer and came out to my truck to help me. I probably would of bought more bags if only they had priced the items and if I had help carrying them.

I ordered a coupling for my septic system a week ago on a Monday, they said it would be in on a Wednesday, went in to grab it and nothing, checked in again on Friday afternoon, still not in. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service, never called me when they said they would. Wont be shopping here again.

Had a pretty good experience there. The employees were incredibly helpful and attentive and you can't really ask for more than that. The prices were fair. We only came for a small thing, but it seemed to have a pretty good, if not limited, selection of goods.

Every time I go in there we are treated so poorly! Older lady with long dark hair always rude and mean. The older men make you feel like you are a burden. I have left three times now angry and drove all the way into Parker to home depot!!! It is a convenient store and love products. Store in aurora is always so good!!! So I guess if I want anything from here. I will go there. The people at this store are consistently cranky.

They make it easy to drive half an hour to Home Depot. Went in there looking for one single 2X4 pay double the price and couldn't find one that was straight. I can understand some markup butt damn I'll go to Home Depot or Lowe's next time

Hands down a real 'community' hardware store. The staff and owner/manager Deb will bend over backwords to get you squared away and they are very knowledgeable about the products they offer. They have a smaller, but well stocked store and are competitive in pricing with the box stores. Heck, they even got me a bunch of marine hardware and finishing products and were happy to do so. GREAT STORE
