These guys go above and beyond every time I call them. ive had them work at my home and business numerous times whether it be re pinning my locks or upgrading my security hardware this is the company to call. i have these multiple locking bolt doors on my home that werent locking properly and after receiving several estimates to completely replace the doors i had southwest look at them and the technician had all 4 repaired and working good as new in under 2 hours saving me thousands of dollars in the process! honest and fair prices, knowledgeable service, and thorough workmanship is what Ive come to expect when i call southwest and i couldnt be happier. thank you!

After mistakenly going to a national chain hardware store to have new car keys cut and they screwing it up, ruining the new keys, I took my newer set to Southwest where they cut the keys correctly and even lubed the car door lock so it would work better. All for 1/5 the price I paid at the hardware store and it took only a few minutes. I love these guys.
