Exceptional service, great prices, nice people! Highly recommended! Don't be fooled by 'Key.Me' - I paid $45 and waited 5 days for two car keys and neither worked! Cross River made 2 keys in about 3 minutes at a cost of $8. Enough said?

Not only were you greeted with a smile and a calm and helpful manner, but their inventory is impressive. The store is clean, items well displayed, and twice I needed special help and I had to leave a key and then it was a lock and I was called within three hours that they were both ready. These guys are good at making keys but in my experience on more than one occasion, they seem to prefer work that is convenient for them rather than the customer. They would not help unlock a dresser or a hitch that was locked to my truck. A locksmith in Darien looked at it right away. I'll continue to go there for keys when I'm not near a Home Depot.

These guys are amazing!! Key broke in our restaurant door, and they were able to send a very nice guy over asap. Got done quick, as well as reinforced, and put in new locks, deadbolts. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
