Few weeks after moving into a new home and changing our locks, our front door just stopped working. It would not unlock for inside or outside. I took the screws out and still couldn't get it unlocked. DR Lock came over to first thing Saturday morning and within 5 minutes had it unlocked. He replaced the defective mechanism and enjoyed speaking with him. Would use him again without hesitation
