Called Bob and he answered immediately. Took my details for two cars. He Contacted car manufacturer to get codes and came to my house within the 30 mins he said. He programmed the new keys. Tested and gave advice. He was also able to take calls whilst doing it and helped other people along the way. Bob knows what he is doing so will definitely use again if we need a locksmith.

Bobby of Fast Keys is an absolute legend. The man is key making wizard who has his craft mastered for quick turn around time all with the super genuine courteous service. He was able to come out quicker than anyone else I called that day to make me 2 keys for my Miata after I had lost my last spare. Not only that, but he also he provided and the best price in this side of town! Trust me, I called and got 3 quotes plus the others telling me to wait hours until someone could come out that didn't work with my days schedule. I dont know where to begin. There should be an option for at least 10 stars for this guy ... from our first conversation Bobby was very attentive and probed me to get a detailed description of what the issue was. He came up with a few what it could bees and did his best to diagnose the problem over the phone. Bobby gave me a few tips, that werent working out for me then decided it was best to arrive on the scene. As all the reviews stated.. He was absolutely amazing! A+ professionalism! Very knowledgeable in his craft. He educated me on a few need to know basics that I should look for when buying a car and mechanical advice that will stay with me forever. At the end of it all I had two working car keys, a referral to a reputable mechanic, and my frown turned into a smile. All of this from the friendly Locksmith! Going above and beyond is an understatement. I highly recommend!

Fast Keys deserve more than 5 stars. My daughter was locked out of her car and had lost her key, I called Bobby and he was there within a half hour. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He made her a new key and programmed the fob on the spot within an hour. If you need a locksmith this is the guy to call.

I am thanking God for Bobby with Fast Keys Locksmith! We had to evacuate from the Daytona coast because of hurricane Dorian and dear friends let us come to stay in their Longwood home. They were out of town at the time and we accidentally locked their house key in the house! Bobby answered our call very promptly and asked a few questions. When he found out that he could help us get in without his help, he forfeited making money and told my husband step by step what to do. I cannot thank him enough for his kind jester and I would definitely recommend his services!

I was looking for a good locksmith and decided go for this business thanks to the amazing reviews I saw online and was NOT disappointed.Bobby's customer service goes above and beyond the traditional. He received me yesterday at his home office at a time that most business are already closed. I got 2 blank keys that I purchased in Amazon to use as spare for my car, Bobby cut them but unfortunately the electronics came up defective from factory (guess were they came from) and gave hell to be programmed to turn my car on (they are still good to open the doors and trunk both remotely and inserting it in the locks, but there was no possible way to make them sync with the car's immobilizer that cuts the ignition if it does not recognize the key). He tried as much as he could to get it done but there is only so much you can do working with bad quality stuff the client (me) buys online. He took the time to explain every one of the many questions I had and was kind enough to cut another key he had in stock so I can use as spare (this one has no remote fob but opens the doors and turns the car on, which is what I originally wanted to do with the 2 defective ones I purchased online). This additional key added very, VERY little to the original cost he quoted for me. This speaks volumes of the kind of professional Bobby is, his business goal is to work with you and provide a great service without ripping you off, something that is rarely seen these days.I ended up with 4 different keys: The original one, the 2 pieces of junk I bought online and the regular one that works as intended. Bobby also offered to get me a key with remote fob at a really good price, but this would be for a further occasion as he does not have it in stock, I will be calling him soon for that. To summarize and end my review, I must say this is the kind of local business we have to support. Thanks man!
