I called because my mom left her keys in her car and literally within 5 minutes or maybe less the guy was here. He opened up the car pretty fast and he was even able to make a spare key right then and there. I highly recommend them and the price was reasonable. Thank you guys so much!!!

Why cant I give more stars. I called every locksmith in the area to get a quote on keys for 2 separate vehicles , by far the best customer service I experienced over the phone and then I get there and it was better than I expected. I thought I would wait 30 minutes or longer , the gentleman had my key cut and programmed as I was signing the credit card slip - amazing. All the while keeping the customer service 120%. Bringing the second vehicle by later this week. Keep it up Bam!

went to them just to have key reprogrammed (my own key) because it was not working the car door lock it took less then 90 second and he charge me $60.00that is $20.00 a minute. My heart surgeon didn`t charge that much,,,Big Ripoff !!!! Would not recommend this company

Terrible calling experience, if youre going to say you operate 24 hours a day make sure you have someone that doesnt wake up a grouch and bother showing up to work. I called today for an estimate, and some man who obviously woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning, mumbling his name (of course) gave such a nasty attitude asking and answering simple questions I hung up because I did not want that negative energy in my life so early in the morning before 9 AM. Terrible customer service, and horrible phone answering people, going with someone else.

Very good customer service. Lady in front provides options when dealing with car remotes. Very good price for my extra 2018 RAM remote. Had to wait a couple of months for new software updates for their hand-held computer to handle the new RAM, but they called me back when they got it. Will definitely come back.

Overwhelmingly long morning with one thing after another and locking my keys in my car. Cant remember his name but he came pretty quick. He was super friendly and made a few jokes which was suprising since he seemed to have a very stern look. Straight to work.

Bam cut a new blank key (off Ebay) for my 2018 Ford Mustang GT for $45 and programmed the remote for $85. It all took about 10 mins. The dealer quoted me $380 for the same service. They were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

have done my key fob at their place two years ago, decent price, great costumer service, my key fob stopped working, battery is working fine, been tested, they charge $40 just to put it on the computer, regardless will work or not, was very disappointed, specially I referred handful of friends and coworkers to them.Thanks for responding back, i'm sorry if you understand that i'm expecting free service, but that's not the case, when anyone gets a check engine light on, mechanics charge for diagnostic, and if they fix it, normally they will deduct the diagnostic fee from the total charge, in your case, you've told me the charge is for to hookup the computer to program the key-fob, if it's not programmed for any reason, your computer will not tell you what the reason, and you advised that you're not a mechanic to fix, therefore you are still going to charge the $40, i wish you understand my point, but anyway best of luck for your business!

Bam was a good choice!!! They were quick and very cost effective! I had an uncut smart key/fob for my Chevy Malibu. They cut the key and programmed my fob in less than 20 mins! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast and affordable car locksmith services!!!

Absolutely, hands down, the best experience I have ever had with a locksmith. I purchased a fob on-line, as I had heard that replacement fobs through the dealership were very expensive. I actually heard this from the new-car salesman who sold me my car. I thought I could link the fob to my car, as one would do with a garage door opener. With some cars this is the case, but not mine. I called one of those 'mobile' locksmiths, and was told there was a charge to come to me, as I couldn't go to them, no store front. There would be a flat fee for just showing up, then a minimum for programming my fob, but they couldn't give me a final price until they hooked their equipment to my car. That didn't sound right to me, so I thought I would look for an automotive locksmith with a storefront. That is when everything went right. I found 'BAM! Locksmith Services with a simple on-line search, called, and was very cheerfully greeted by Tracie. I explained what I purchased on-line, what the make and model of my car was, and Tracie gave me a price for service over the phone. She scheduled me to come in when a locksmith was available at the store, I arrived on time, the locksmith got right on my job, and in less than 30 minutes the new fob and the good fob of my original two were programmed. I paid what was quoted, and was on my way.The crew at BAM! we're friendly, courteous and professional. I will highly recommend them to anyone needing a locksmith.

Unforgettable experience, and not the good kind. I called in to because I was locked out of my car and seeking a solution. I do not normally carry cash on me, so I asked a simple question about their payment process and was immediately attack with a flurry of unprofessional, angry, disrespectful comments. The woman who answered the phone must not have any concern for the customers besides their payment, or it was just a bad day for her. Even so, such treatment of a willing and able paying customer is outrageous in this economy. I do hope everything is ok with her though.

I needed a chipped key which the dealer wants $120 for a blank key and another $100 to cut and program. Not to mention need to schedule an appointment and takes at least one hour. Got the key blank from ebay and BAM cut and programmed in a few minutes. Way cheaper then the dealer. Very courteous service and really honest people.
