Words to describe the services: Knowledgeable, professional, efficient and very kind. My car had been stolen and a key had been stolen to the car. Most unprofessional business I have ever been in contact with. If I could give them 0 stars I would. We had an issue with one of the their drivers on the road and the driver rolled down their window and started cursing us out while in the company van. We then went to call the owner and the owner proceeded to argue with us over the incident and said the driver did nothing wrong. Do not give this company your business, very unprofessional.

There is a reason this company is rated 5 stars. Raul is amazing. My fianc and I just moved into a new place and our landlord failed to tell us that the key they provided only works on the bottom lock. Needless to say, we were locked out of our new house literally the first night moving in, and we realized this at 1AM ... I called around to 24/7 locksmiths in the area and either no one would answer or they told me they couldnt help me. Finally I called this # and Raul calmed me down immediately. He reassured me he would be able to help, and he proactively gave advice that other locksmiths probably wouldnt. He met us at the house ASAP and provided us peace of mind during a really rough moving weekend. Not only did he replace our lock, but he treated us like actual human beings. He is one of the most genuine businessmen you will ever meet. God bless thank you Raul!!!!!

I was at work I went out for a cigarette and accidentally locked my keys in my car. It was around 2am, I searched on Google 24 hour locksmith Brandon FL', I call everyone on the list and I either got voicemails or I was quoted $185 just to open my car door. I call Alvarez Professional, he ask me what's the problem and when I told him he said $85. He ask me to text him the address and not even 30 mins later he show up and got my door open in less than 5 minutes. Though I was upset that I lock my keys in my car I was so happy to drive home.

From the time I called to the time I was inside my home was under 30 minutes. The service we received was amazing. He was at our house in less than an hour to sync up a key fob for my daughters car. The new key( purchased from the dealership), did not work, so he had to cut a new key, and sync up the fob. He finished in less time and for less money than the dealership was charging.
