They are pro at what they do.Very helpful in suggesting the correct locks and the prices are very reasonable. The locksmith technican is very friendly know what he is doing and they are willing to work with the client.

Horrible customer service and bad quality workmanship. I expect, when hiring a locksmith, a person or company that will put themselves on the line, put the work in and consistently give quality but not this place. The locksmith seems nonchalant, impatient and cocky only to install something crooked or charge you again to come back and fix it.

I cant say enough today to Mike for getting Alan right out to me in a time of need making my daughter and I safe once again. Not only is Mike a true caring person, but he has nothing but the best of professionals working for him. If it has a lock on it ..they can handle it and are more prompt and trustworthy than anyone Ive ever known. This is truly a top notch company that I would recommend to everyone I know. I know you didnt ask for this review, but you deserve this one as much as the last one ...and I will continue to give you reviews because what I say is from my heart and so true. The Flying Lock Smiths are great! I happen to realize late in the evening that I would be needing my locks rekeyed the following day. I called approximately 7 PM and an agent at their call center was very helpful in getting me scheduled and confirmed for the following afternoon. Ryan, my local service agent came out then and efficiently handled the job going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you Flying Locksmith for great service and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need!

Set an appointment online for last Friday at 10:00 AM for major door access systems for my company. At 10:30, I had to call and was told that they were too booked to come out. I rescheduled the appt for Monday, same time....and guess what.....no show no call from this company. Will not use and do not recommend. Not only is the customer service really lacking...the outside reps are even more with 'give a damn' attitude. Step it up FLYING Locksmith.....you're acting like you can't get off the ground!!!
