Rodney provides excellent service! One of the few family owned companies that still put their customers first. I had 6 locks keyed for my home and he even waived the service fee. Dont bother searching for other locksmiths. You wont find better customer service, quality of work, or price anywhere else.

Rodney was very friendly and helpful. We asked him to come out for something we thought we needed, but it turned out half of the work was already done. Most guys would charge full price anyway and not even tell you, but he took half off half the service charge. Highly recommend!

I want to let other customers or potential customers know that Rodney is the best of the best!!!!! I had never met him before today and he was extremely professional and caring! He loves what he does and it shows! From the first time I talked to him, he was at my house within 20 minutes and had me inside my house in under 5 minutes. And all for only $50 which is a flat service fee, compared to the 79$-129$ from other companies, all of which wouldnt give me their state required company license and insurance identification numbers. Rodney had no problem giving me all information which made me much more comfortable having him show up at my house! He also took the time to explain and teach me things that I would have never known, and they were things that would keep my family and I safe. I truly cant say enough amazing things about this man or his business. If you are in need of locksmith services, this is the man for you!!!! Thank you SOOOOOO much Rodney!!! If I ever need a locksmith again you have a repeat customer for life, you truly earned 5/5 stars in my eyes!!!!

When the thunderstorm shorted out our GFCI breaker on the garage door openers of new home and locked us out, Rodney was there in 'no time.'Not only did he get us in without damaging the lock, he did it for a fair price. And get this: he even stayed a little longer and helped us set up our pool table... absolutely recommend his services.

I've used three locksmiths in the past 8 years, and you simply won't find a more fair, honest, humble and flexible professional than Rodney. I needed to replace a lockset on the front door (including handle, deadbolt, and other hardware) and a door knob/lever and a separate dead bolt on the back door. I expected to pay a lot given the cost of having another locksmith come out in the past to just re-key a lock, or change a failed cylinder. I explained what I was looking for when I talked to Rodney at the initial call, and he told me right over the phone what he expected the (fixed/set) price to be and just to let him know when I was ready, and he'd come out--day, night, weekend, whatever, no extra charge. I was particularly surprised and impressed as this is the way people used to do business, but not any more. But it was really true. When I had gotten my new hardware delivered, I called Rodney and within an hour he was at my house (of course, he may very well be on another job but you will likely not wait long). He knew exactly what to do, and in no time he was finished. A little secret is he could double his prices and make me wait a couple days for a routine (non-emergency) service call, and he'd still be better than any other locksmiths I've used. No way am I ever calling anyone else. I commented on Rodney's business practices, and in an 'Aw shucks' manner he summed it up to just being a one man show with no overhead. But the real reason is because of the kind of guy he is. Refreshing! Others in the trade: take note!

Great person. I spoke to another guy who was going to charge me 100.00 make a small adjustment that would have taken 10 mins or less with my automatic lock that was already installed! Rodney saved the day, saved me money and also taught me how to change the door locks in my house so he wouldn't have to charge me extra. My baby was locked in the car. Thankfully the a/c was on. and fire and rescue didnt have the tools to get her out. I called him and he was there with in 5 minutes! When I went the to go pay him, he said he didnt charge for emergencies with babies. I teared up immediately at his kindness. He didnt need to do that. And as Ive seen from other reviews he doesnt over charge. The price would have been reasonable. Please give this man your business he is serving our community in the right way!

We called Rodney last night (after my mom locked her keys and phone in her car at her house) at 9:45pm. After seeing his great reviews and seeing some of our friends had used him. He was professional, friendly and courteous he came out and saved the day. $50 flat rate my mom was so grateful. I will pass on your business to anyone i can! 5 stars is not enough! This same thing happen 2 years ago and i called the first 24/7 locksmith that popped up on the search box the company quoted me $60 over phone when i got there the guy tried to say no its $170 its evening you wont find anyone else to do if, I kicked him off my property he tried to still collect a trip charge fee of $60 and i laughed in the guys face then he was willing to do it for $60 cash theres so many bad scam companies! Thank you Rodney for being true to your word and making a bad situation a good one!
