Super expensive!! I went to them so they can rekey a lock. The guys didnt have to open the lock or anything. He tested a whole bunch of old keys and one of them opened the lock. He charged me 50 dollars. Not going back..

I had a couple locks re-keyed and the service was great. Bill was able to re-key the locks in about 30 minutes and was very friendly. B&I has been in business a long time and is family owned and operated.

Absolutely rude . Had no intention of helping. the guy told me that no one will be able to help my cause. DIdnt even try to look for a solution but rather escalated it. I called the next locksmith and they were more than willing and will arrive in 15. Disgusting service

Called at 5:10, needed auto keys made,Was told they were open and I said I was coming now. Got there 5:37 and they were closed.Was told too bad.Bad customer service, they new I was on myway but didnt take the time to call me back.Also they should have told me that they were about to close. Apparently a customer traveling to do Biz with them was not important. Dont do biz with them,They dont care about customers.
