We have hired Cavileer to change out the locks at our office each time we have moved or had an employee leave, and the work was always good. However, we called them last week and scheduled an appointment for them to come and change the locks at 2pm on 10-5-18 on an office building that we just purchased. The owner called my wife that morning at 9am and told her that we needed to meet them there now because they would not be available that afternoon. When she told him that we couldn't make it until the scheduled time, he told her to 'just call someone else'. We called Pop-A-Lock and they came right out and did a great job.

Ive had two experiences both were terrible. The first time I needed a rekey on a condo I was told a certain price I got there and was told it it was250$ I said no thank you . today i went there and brought alock in the shop that is supposed to be so honest and mom pop like I thought I would try again I asked him how much is it to rekey the lock I put in front of him it says 10$ on the wall sign he didnt answer I asked again he didnt answer and I asked him with my friend does it have all the parts he didnt answer them he says 16$ after I asked him how much is it twice and then he says it missing parts I threw the lock in the garbage and paid him . I would never go there again hes not honest its that simple my name is Martin weis

If you need a locksmith they are the best. Thursday I had locked myself out of my home in Safety Harbor. Called Cavileer Locksmith and Mark was at my home in 10 minutes. Fast, professional saving the day, I highly recommend Cavileer Locksmith. The best I have ever used.
