Mike came out and installed 2 double-sided locks on two doors, one metal, one wood. Re-keyed all four locks so 1 key opens all. Very professional and reasonable. He wore a mask the entire time. Many thanks!

I took apart a lock and couldn't put it back together....it is old and no online instructions were available. Dave showed up within an hour and fixed it at a very reasonable price. He also talked about the pros and cons of replacing the lock. He was very polite, professional and personable. He made me feel better by showing me why these old models are hard to fix. (though he had no trouble!) I was impressed with his knowledge; he's one of those gifted 'fix-it' guys (I am not a gifted fix-it person!) and loves his job - which shows. Nice to see a young man doing something worthwhile that he's good at and is of service to the community. Great job!

Got locked out of my car 1 in the morning. Guy was there in 15 minutes, on time, and got it open in literally 30 seconds. Gave me a flat rate on the phone, whereas other places were shady and were giving me a range in prices. Cannot recommend enough. Will be calling this company 100% if this ever happens again

I had just got into work and realized I had left my keys in the window well. I called Amir and they sent a technician immediately. I started my shift and was in between seeing patients. Oren, was my locksmith technician. He was quick to finish the job. It took him less than 2 minutes to retrieve my keys. Very friendly, accommodating , and I definitely recommend their service.

It is an absolute pleasure to have had VIP Locksmith Services come to my home and fix the non-working lever on my entry door. I called them up and Dave (great locksmith) showed up right on time. It took Dave less than 10 minutes to take off the lock and fix it with a new inside piece that broke and was causing the problem. His service was impeccable and his charges were extremely reasonable. It is so refreshing to actually have the fast, efficient service and sensible charges one can only dream about. Dave and VIP Locksmith Service made my dream come true.

Holy cow I cant Express how awesome my service was in a review but I'm going to try. Diego came out in 30 minutes just like the lady I had spoke to told me. My key snapped off in my top lock and it was locked both locks. He was very knowledgeable and had a great attitude. I was freaking out because this has never happened to me before. He assured me that this was not a super common occurrence but it wouldn't be a problem for him. He got me inside within 3 minutes and was only here for maybe 10 in total. Amir is awesome. Super responsive, extremely knowledgeable and very trustworthy. He was the only one who got back to me on a Sunday when I reach out to several locksmiths for help. He diagnosed my lock issue quickly but very methodically and helped solve it. The issue was not what I thought it was but Amir remained professional and really helped me. These guys are absolutely amazing!!! I accidentally locked my keys in my car and they came out at midnight and didn't even charge me extra for it being after hours, they charged me their regular fee. Which by the way is way cheaper than anybody else in the entire Tampa Bay area. They got to my place super quick and got my car open in less than 5 minutes!! Also, they were super cool and very, very friendly. I would recommend that if you need any locksmith work done, don't bother calling anyone else, these guys are the very best you can find. Great service and great price. I had called around a bit and I dont think you can beat VIP prices or their customer service. I even had to cancel my first appointment with them and they were incredibly understanding and accommodating. They fit me into their schedule the next day. I contacted VIP locksmith services to install a keyless entry deadbolt for my home. VIP locksmith services sent someone out the same day for service, which I was very impressed by. I was charged exactly the amount that I was quoted over the phone.The technician 'Dave' installed my lock in about twenty minutes with no issues. Ended up choosing VIP Locksmith because of online reviews and WOW! I can see why the reviews are so high. I called VIP Locksmith on a Saturday morning expecting to get a voicemail requesting that I call back during the weekday. To my surprise, Amir, picked up immediately and said he was available to come over the same day. Miraculously, Amir arrived an hour after we got off the phone. He was friendly and completely professional the whole entire time as he carefully explained to me what needed to be replaced. His knowledge about door locks and door hardware was second to none and I was amazed at how much he knew about highly customized door hardware. Amir prides himself on not only replacing door hardware but making sure it's perfect. He spent hours making sure the alignment was perfect so that the door opening and locking mechanisms were smooth like butter. I would highly recommend VIP Locksmith services to anyone!!!

I rarely write reviews...but decided to because of the fast, friendly and courteous service that I received. I needed a locksmith on a Saturday morning and called VIP on Friday night at 9pm. They came on time the following morning and rekeyed 3 home locks and reprogramed the digital key pad all within an hour timeframe and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

You didn't know this, but the locksmith industry is cutthroat. Competing businesses have no shame in viciously scalping business from each other, and will go to great pains to do so. Try calling around, and they will ask your address and trap you into a ridiculous rate that you didn't consent to. These businesses actively plan ways to sabotage and steal leads from each other. However, I'm here to tell you today that VIP Locksmith Services doesn't play that game. Mike is a true and pure artisan of his craft. An honest man, and a gentleman. 100% recommend.
