I unknowingly gave them a cheap warn out lock to fix. They were very nice, a made things right, going above and beyond for their customer. They are knowledgeable and professional. The shop can be crowded at times but that is because they are good. Try them.

This is my first stop, they know their craft. Great at what they do. I moved to Tennessee and can't find a good medeco locksmith that can cut key's so I have them cut here in South Florida. Great job guys

Joe Capuzo is a straight up liar. Always says he will take care of us then 3 weeks go by and he doesn't order the parts we need. Lies and says he will order them then ignores you for another week.

BEWARE!! I am stuck in an awful situation and the owner does not respond. He sent an inexperienced technician to work on my safe's lock. The young man did not fix it, locked my safe, and could not get back it open again. He tried to drill it and I stopped him for it was clear he didn't know what he was doing. After multiple phone calls Joe Capuozzo (owner/manager? so I was told) answered the phone. He acknowledged the mistake and said he would contact the safe company for the information and send his 'safe guy' out to fix it. After 5 days my safe is still locked and Joe does not answer repeated phone. Highly unprofessional !!!!

They do not do a quality job. High Security Lock came loose several times. Each time they wanted to be paid to do the job they were paid to do again. I finally decided to call a different locksmith and sue them for the cost of repairing their defective work. I do not recommend this company.

Great locksmith, great service. Lou was very polite and very professional. I got some keys online and other locksmiths said they wouldn't work and they didn't wanna touch them unless I bought the keys straight from that locksmith. Lou tested my blank keys to make sure they were compatible and once verified he cut and programmed them. The transponder works, all the doors work, even the panic button works :)Fair price compared to dealers and other locksmiths, and very friendly staff. Thank you very much!

Just had a house call by Ryan for my lock. I had other locksmiths forking for me in my life, but Ryan was special: highly professional, fast, definitely knowing what he was doing in and out. If I were his boss I would be proud to have specialists like him on my staff. Excellent job!As to the company itself ASAP is very reasonable as opposed to other locksmiths. Very responsive and sympathetic. I was desperate not to be able to leave the house due to the broken lock, so the dispatcher did her best to help me the same day. Highly recommend!

I got locked out of my car and a friend gave me ASAPs phone number. They arrived within 30 minutes and withing 5 minutes Nixon opened the lock. The people on the phone were very nice as well. Great service.

It took 2 weeks and no results on my lock issue.It took 1 hour for their competitor to fix it.1st of all it took 2 days at the time just to get an answer . i droped the lock mechanism there, if i would not call them i would probably never get call back.First 3 days i got answer ' we all looked at we cant fix it. You need new one $700 or we can get something simular cheaper. On 6th day they figured out what they going to replaced with and how much it will cost. On day 9 i called that i am coming to pick it up they said manager still did not pick up parts . day 12 they said outside plate will be 3 inch shorter therefore i will need to paint the door . day 13 i picked up lock , brought it to another locksmith , they fixed it within 1 hour , charged me $65.Asap front desk person was always very polite but i think there is lack of communication in the whole company . shame. Waste of time and money. Dont go there

I would just like to say that the idiot that was driving the red ASAP truck on HY 95 in Broward at approx. 6 pm on Aug 20th is a menace and should have his license revoked. Speeding, swerving in and out of traffic, crossing 3 or 4 lanes at a time and tailgating people so closely if you were on the hood you could reach out and touch the other car. t would be impossible to avoid an accident. I drive from South Beach to Broward every day and see reckless idiots every day. And this guy is a bad one. I would never your services simply because I would not want the blood on my hands if this wanna be race car driver killed someone on his way to my location.
