I requested a special type of lock to be installed that he did not have in stock and he went out of his way to get the lock that I wanted and installed it a manner of 10 minutes. Made extra keys at no additional charge. Reliable - showed up 5 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment time. Convenient credit card payment accepted.

I will only use Jacobs locksmith!!! Jacob came by the property, identified the problem, we went to Home Depot together and they didnt have the proper locks. He also identified that our condo association would have an issue if all of the locks were not uniform so we had to use the same lock and make new keys. Then the door has a special locking system in which it locks not only the lock but the top and bottom of the door as well... so he stayed and troubleshooted with it until the locks worked perfectly.
