Went by the Hallandale store. It was not open even though it was supposed to be open. Called the phone number and told the North Miami store was open. I would advise you to call first and make sure someone is there. Went to the North Miami store and my key cutting needs were handled efficiently except they only had one blank for A key I needed two copies. I would rate a 5 but for not being open and not having the blank.

As a clumsy woman, I always jinx myself. On my birthday I locked myself out of my house while I was preparing for the party. I called and Tom was the first to answer, all eager and ready to help. He was able to unlock my house in less than one minute. Phenomenal work!!!

UNPROFESSIONAL AND TAKES ADVANTAGE.This place advertises as a 24 hour locksmith, so when I had an object obstructing my lock at 2AM I called and was told a technician would be on their way. 15 minutes later, no technician or call, I called back and was told that the technician would call me with an ETA. 15 minutes later, still nothing. Finally an hour passed before I heard back from the dispatcher that all technicians were unavailable and was told to call another locksmith (at 3:15AM, after no communication regarding the situation). I slept in my car and called the same company at 9AM the next morning to help, and the technician they sent did not tell me the price ($100) for picking the obstructed object out of the lock until after it was done. I have utilized other locksmiths in the area and had my entire lock set and keys replaced for $100. When I raised an issue the technician responded rudely and argued with me, refusing to remedy the issue despite the poor service the night before and noncommunication of pricing. He only left when I suggested that this felt like a scam as I had been uninformed of the price (though the dispatcher told me prior that the technician would give me an estimate before doing anything) and would not have chosen this solution had I known, at which point he left quickly, which only made this seem more like a scam. Afterwards I followed up with the dispatcher and to remedy the situation they offered me a free set of house or car keys, which I declined as neither of these things had been the problem. Very poor service from the technician, would absolutely NOT recommend this company. Unprofessional behavior and prices that take advantage. I have never encountered such bad service in any industry.

Came here twice on 2 separate occasions, once at around 4pm (one hour before closing) and then once at 10 am (one hour after opening). And they were closed both times, super unreliable.. Not sure how they even have reviews if they're never even open during their posted hours.
