I cant speak to their personal service, but I did want to commend them because they were busy and couldnt get to me right away. Instead of making me wait for hours locked out of my home, they referred me to someone else who came out immediately and resolved our lock issue. I really appreciated their help. Dropped off two keys to be duplicated, told to come back in 24 hours. Retuned in 24 hours and keys not done. Then told to come back the next day by at noon, returned at 12:20, Keys not done. Now told give them 10 minutes. I have been sitting here 40 minutes still with no keys. I always try to support local, but I will not return and dont recommend if you need an accurate turnaround time.

They have helped me late at night when I locked my car keys in my friend's house, (totally genius move) did work at my parents' house through the years as well as the two houses I have owned and my business. THEY SUCK! I have tried to deal with them on a number of different occasions. They are disorganized and unprofessional. I made several appointments that they never kept. When I called to find out what happened they claimed I never made the appointment. This happened on more than one occasion so I have to believe they just suck when it comes to organization, professionalism and customer service in general. They tried to blame it on me and tell me I never made an appointment. THEY SUCK! Oh sorry, did I mention that already.

I had to get a key made from my 1958 Vespa. I didn't at all think to go to any big home improvement place with cookie-cutter key machines. These guys were VERY professional, knowledgeable, and SUPER helpful. We started messing with the scooter, he made a key for it (from scratch) in a few minutes. Then he didn't even want to charge me. He said the few dollars wasn't worth it, he'd rather gain a customer than a few bucks.Places like these are becoming more rare. These people are master craftsmen, and they know how to do their job extremely well. I highly recommend going there for any of your key or lock needs. They've gained a customer from me!!!!
