Clean showroom with friendly associates. Very knowledgeable staff that assisted me with choosing the perfect safe to store ample amounts of weapons and ammunition. I definitely have peace of mind knowing that my children will be unable to crack into my Liberty Colonial. Provided A+ delivery services, placing the safe exactly where it needed to be. Personally delivered an 18 inch dehumidifier bar after install to my residence which is indicative of stellar service after the sale. Highly recommend Knowell's Lock and Safe for anybody looking to invest in safe storage solutions and wanting to support local business!

When shopping at Knowell's, they were very knowledgeable about safes in general and Liberty Safes in particular. They helped me pick the right safe for our needs and at a great price. After the purchase, they realized one of the other sales team had already sold the floor model we purchased. Since we had a short term need, they offered us the same model in a different color that was on order. Due to the confusion, they further reduced the price. COVID lockdown was in place, but they still delivered the safe when it arrived. They wore masks, practiced social distancing, and disinfected it when they were finished! Oh, they also did a great job getting it in the house and bolted down where we wanted it. I can't say enough about the professional and friendly experience!

Excellent company and people to deal with. Amanda answered all my goofy questions and made the process comfortable. I had a last minute issue on the delivery day on my end due to work, and they rescheduled with no fuss. The safe is top notch (spend the extra money on a nicer safe - it's totally worth it) and the delivery and install was super quick and easy. Support a local business instead of buying some cheap Chinese junk at a big box store. Liberty stands behind their products and Knowell's is the business to buy from! If I ever need another gun safe, I will be buying from Knowell's again!Thanks for the safe!

Ordered a Liberty USA 48. Dealt with Jeff. I have a long term relationship with them and have also purchased a Liberty Centurion 23 years ago.Both purchases were painless. Prices are very reasonable and safes are of outstanding quality. I have been treated like family and got exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay.Delivery was on my schedule and on time. The previous comment was all about the purchase experience...and my safe was delivered today and the experience was just as good as the buying experience. Two guys arrived on time and went to work. They removed my old safe which was a trade-in (1,000+ lbs.) and brought in my new Liberty. They were friendly, fast, careful and well equipped for the job. Everything went according to plan with no issues whatsoever. If you don't buy your safe here, you're not getting treated as well as you could have been!

The staff explained all the systems very well and helped up pick out the best safe for our needs.Delivery was also excellent. The Delivery Men made sure to take their time so as to not scratch the safe or the doorways. They gave us a thorough explanation of how the Safe works and taught us how to set our password. Best purchasing experience I've had in recent memory. Period.I knew what I wanted so I ordered over the phone. Liberty Centurion 12 and a couple accessories. The young lady that helped me on the phone was patient and very helpful. Any question she didn't know the answer to she quickly researched and answered for me. This is HUGE in any industry!I was set to meet them at the house to show them where I wanted it mounted to the floor but my vehicle broke down so I asked them not to mount it. The delivery gentlemen were very professional and handled the delivery well even though it was wet and rainy. They took care to not track up the house (made the wife happy!) and took extra effort to wipe down the safe and the floor.On top of all that, Jeff even offered to send a tech back to mount it to the floor for free! And they did and did a phenomenal job!

I ordered a Liberty USA 30 and was delivered promptly by the courteous crew of Knowell's! I only paid for curbside delivery but they went above and beyond in bringing it in to my garage. They even spent time to unbox and inspect the safe with me and even took time to show me how to properly change the code and gave me some useful tips when doing so. I'm so impressed with the quality of the safe that I want to buy the exact same one in Q4 this year. Most of all, I'm impressed by the customer service that Knowell's Lock & Safe has given to me. Called looking for someone to deliver a safe that I bought from Tractor Supply since their deliver people we not exactly the nicest or most attentive. During the conversation it was mentioned they could deliver the safe but that they had a great deal on a Lincoln 50. This was a much higher quality safe than the one I bought at TSC. It was easy to deal over the phone and after a few pictures were sent, I bought what was the best safe I have ever seen for a great price. The delivery was a one day turn around and the team that installed the safe were so nice and careful that it was like having the neighbors over to watch a ball game. This is a family business and it shows. Everyone I dealt with was invested in delivering a good product, at a good price, with A+ service. Dont go to a big box store like I did and be treated like a number by employees that are just watching the clock waiting for lunch. Now I need to upgrade the rest of the furniture in that room so they match this awesome safe.

I first used Noel Lock and Safe at my first Car Wash business in Jacksonville FL in early 1980. Mr. Noel helped me with my brand-new, 8-Bay, heavy-duty Safe-Heads at my new car wash business on 103rd Street on the West Side of Jax. I was new to such a business and Mr. Noel helped me learn how to keep those safe-heads functioning. I sold my car wash business in 2000 but continued in business with a Jiffy-Lube type company which I own today. Recently I had a need for Noels at my home in Ortega, and was happy to meet and get to know Mr. Noels oldest son. All in all, Noels is the best for Lock and Safe needs.

A friend told me in Afghanistan, to buy larger than what I thought I needed. Did I listen? NO. First I bought a Lincoln Colonial 35. Sure enough it was too small for the weapons. Then I bought the largest safe he had. Great buy. I actually need another large safe but I would have to build a bigger house. If you purchase anywhere else you will be disappointed. The owners were so very knowledgeable about the products and the service they provide, I had to purchase my safe. This is a very friendly family owned business with great service. My safe was delivered today the 3 guys that delivered the safe were awesome. They called me when they were almost to my house. The delivery was on time and the setup was quick and easy. They explained the product to me and showed me how to set it up. They got the safe in the house without hitting the walls or anything. They cleaned up after themselves after mounting the safe.
