Commercial door key replacement was done about 6 months ago, the job was quite expensive. Six months later pistons and springs inside the lock falling out. All we do is using the key during open and close on daily basis. They quoting the price of fixing it like at the beginning, and only guaranteed their work for 3 months. Unbelievable, thats what you a professional? Not sure if they intentionally make it last less than a year and over three months. Very disappoint with this company.

Awesome work. They cut out and replaced a frozen three point lock that no other locksmith would tackle. Expensive but well worth it and much less than the cost of replacing a french door.

Awesome service! My husband and I went to Piner's to try and have our '50s era lock fixed. Gary tried to replace the spring, but our lock was just too worn. He then showed us what we needed to convert to a new knob. Gary and Jason also found a matching skelton key to replace our broken one. I could not be happier with the customer service and the individual attention given at Piner's!!

My husband and I bought a Gardall safe from Piner's at the end of last year. I don't know how, but we misplaced the combo and locked ourselves out of the safe. I called Piner's to see if they could help, and the gentleman that answered the phone was sarcastic, rude, and in my opinion, a scammer. He told me that they do not keep records of the comobs and there is no way to get the combo. He told me it would cost $350 for someone to come out to our house to get in to the safe and then an additional $100 to repair the safe. When I asked for clarification on the repair cost, he replied, 'Well, we can't just 'genie' it open.' After that response, I decided to call another locksmith. I called A1A Lock & Key in Jax Beach. I spoke with Zach who was very helpful. He said that if Piner's didn't have the combo, they should be able to get it from the manufacturer, Gardall. Instead of making me call Piner's back, he offered to help. (I didn't even buy the safe from A1A Lock & Key, and they were more than willing to help me--unlike Piner's.) They were able to make a few calls and get the combo for me. PLEASE USE A1A LOCK & KEY INSTEAD OF PINER'S!!!!
