I had a horrible day. My car key decided to DIE while I was getting an oil change. Tried a new battery and nope. It was fried. I had to be towed home and I called AAA to get a locksmith out so I could get back on the road. The locksmith was very professional and informative, explaining to me exactly what happened to my key. I was given an estimate before he arrived and the price was lower than I thought! I would 100% use them again for all of my locksmith needs! I NEVER write reviews but my experience was so great I couldn't help it

This place the Lock Man, they hold a contract with AAA they do all Lock out and those lovely over 250.$ keys. But the service is great. I went in because I just had got an Altima and my 1piece key- alarm. Was not working I went in there and I was help by a very nice man his name was Ethan. He cleaned the remote and put a new battery in it. He tried it and it work!! So we stood and talk about a new key remote. When I was ready to leaves I asked him how much do I owe you? He said nothing you owe me nothing! I said 'are you sure'? He said yes, it's on me!.Great place, great good workers all very nice!

On June 1st I contacted AAA and had a locksmith dispatched to rekey my 2005 Buick Lacrosse. Initially the new key wouldn't open the door so Jeff of Lock Man Locksmith was redispatched and promptly corrected the issue. JEFF was THE ONLY POLITE and PROFESSIONAL person I've dealt with to date. This morning I went to use the 160.50 key, the car wouldn't start so I again called AAA for a jump start. This service call ultimately wasn't needed because the error code read 'start disabled'.Now I use the OLD key and the car starts right up. I contact the company directly and advise the person answering that the key didn't work and tried to resolve the issue. After an intense shouting match in which I was called a thief (because the person wouldn't listen or offer amicable resolution I told him I would contact my credit card company) and a liar, when asked for his name or a supervisor he refused. After several calls I am pretty sure the person on that call was Claude Hensley THE OWNER!!!! I intend to contact AAA and try and get their services removed from acceptable vendors and am STILL undecided as to rather or not to contact my Merchant.SINCERELY, Your worst consumer nightmare!!!

Key broke out of my key fab - they were able to fix it in five minutes and was MUCH cheaper than another other locksmith i contacted. Friendly and professional as well. While I hope to never need them - I will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone.

Best professionals in town with a great reputation since the 60's. Fair and honest. Don't bother getting a key made somewhere else that may or may not work. Guaranteed here. Don't go to a dealership and pay twice or three times as much for a chipped or FOB key. They will take care of you and program it too. Been a patron for years. Great folks for auto, home, safes, and especially my business.

These folks are courteous, professional and reasonably priced. We just bought a used 2019 Explorer. Believe it or not, it only came with one key fob. The local Ford dealer gave me a price for the fob, and they said it would take 2-3 hours to program it. Lockman charged a little less - and they did it all in less than 30 minutes. It was a very good experience.

I lost my keys while at a friends house. The gentleman that came out was friendly and helpful. When I did find my keys, they were able to re key the new one that was made to match my original set at no coast. I purchased an additional key because the prices were excellent!! I would drive from Tampa to Pinellas Park again if I need any helps with locks/keys. Excellent customer service. They care about their customers and it shows.

Needed a transponder key cut only that I already had the blank for. They answered their phone on the first ring to tell me it was just $1 a side for cuts. I walked in, had 2 customers ahead of me, but when they got to me it took less than 2 minutes to cut my key and I was out the door. And it worked perfectly, programmed in the parking lot myself and drove home.Great small business. Go here instead of Home Depot or other chains or those automated machines. These guys know their stuff.

I was very impressed with the responsiveness and service of this company! I was recently stood up by another local locksmith that I had been doing business with for quite some time, and that put a bad taste in my mouth. In looking for an alternate company, I selected Lockman based on other positive reviews and they lived up to expectations! They gave me an actual appointment TIME (not a bogus service window), called when they were on their way, were quick and efficient in getting the job done, and were very reasonably priced. I've been going there for keys for my fleet for years. Recently went in to get a new keyfob for my personal car and was told it was going to cost $300. I asked if there were any workarounds and the guy flat out said no. I googled the fob on my phone and found it for $85, another guy at the counter said if the fob worked (some don't) it would be $115 to program it.Bought the fob online, took it to the DEALERSHIP who programmed it for $70.They claim that they beat dealer prices but the dealer was half the cost.Suffice to say I won't be going back to this Locksmith.

Jeff is amazing!! I was having an issue with a broken key fob not deactivating my alarm and not allowing my car to start. I called lockman and they told me to request them through my triple a to save money. The first time Jeff came, he replaced my key fob but it did not solve my issue of the car not starting. He left and came back on his own will a few hours later between jobs having been researching my problem and with a few solutions in tow. He even read my manuals and was able to figure out how to bypass my alarm so that my car would start. He even got me a full refund for the fob i couldnt use and would only accept a hug as payment. He didnt even have to come back to my house a second time but he truly went above and beyond. Give that man a raise!!
