We had a few small hiccups on the installation process, but they followed up quickly to make sure everything was resolved and taken care of. I needed a key for my 18 year old van with the original key. She was very nice looked up the key and made a beautiful high quality key for only 5 dollars. She even lubricated my door locks. Its nice to see that they are still businesses like this one around. The dealer wanted 15. Lowes, home depot, walmart dont make vehicle keys.They also repair locks, put in locks, everything a lock smith do. I couldn't help seeing all the awesome safes they have for sale with lifetime warrantiesI highly recommend this business

They were extremely friendly and polite. The locksmith wasnt in store at time I took my firebox to be opened. I felt comfortable leaving my box until locksmith arrived. Was called later that afternoon and told they had to order the blanks to make my new keys. The blanks would be delivered the next day. Gave me the option of picking up the box or leaving overnight. Elected to leave overnight. The next day my keys and box were ready to be picked up. Very reasonable price. Will use agin if needed

I have used this companys service before and they were outstanding, but recently I had A1 send someone to come fix my lock and all it needed was some lubricant and cleaning. For that I was charged 100$ for just the lubricant and labor. The price was too high for something so simple. I recommend that they give an estimate for the work prior to completing the job.

We have had the best experience with Frank and his team, after fast courteous and efficient installation, Frank also cleaned up all refuse and even vacuumed floor and safe floor where he had anchored it to the floor and told me that if I moved he would move to my new location for $100 and 2 years later I called him and he said no problem let's schedule it. THEY ARE THE BEST ! and have been in business for ever, and that's why.

I went to the gun show in Sebring last month, and decided to buy a safe. The sales person Adrianne greeted me. She was kind and knowable about the safes she had to offer. She told me all about safes and sold me exactly what I was looking for in a safe. No hard sell tactics. She told me that the safe I ordered was at there shop/warehouse and would be delivered in about 2 weeks. Just as they said I received a call about delivery and Frank arrived very close to the time given. Frank offloaded the safe in no time flat. He adjusted the door, Showed me how to use the lock and other functions. In short I wish all my encounters the businesses were this smooth. After about a week I called Frank to relocate the safe. And again Very professional! He had the safe moved in under 30 mins. A-1 Action Safe & Lock great company he my book.

I paid top dollar for keys made there because I live close by, wanted to save the trip to walmart and thought who better to make me some keys. Every key they made me did work but not very well. I have to put the key in the door forcefully and jiggle it to make it work. I'll probably go to walmart and get another one so I don't ruin my lock!
