Went in to buy a padlock stood there for about 10 minutes until finally somebody asked me if I wanted some help standing right at the register. I asked them if they have any of these commercial locks pointed to a big one said I want a big one. they said they will have to look but they never go and look , I stay in there for about another 10 minutes till I finally actually get asked for help again , they go and look for the lock and bring me a little one that I didnt even ask for And dont even have the one I need . so therefore I was in there 20 minutes with pretty much zero assistance and they never even went and looked for the lock for me while Im standing in a 10 x 10 area with two employees. They couldve easily took 30 seconds went and looked for a lock and came back and not wasted 20 minutes of my time On 6/10/19 at 10am

They installed a panic paddle on the front door of our business in June. Now its November and the lock is falling off the door. All they had to do to correct the problem with the door was tighten up a set screw. They charged me $60.00 and even used my tools.The total repair took less then 5 minutes.
