I highly recommend this smallBusiness! I called in a frantic because I was pretty sure I threw my keys away and needed a new set made. He told me he had a few calls ahead of me and would get to me that afternoon. He messaged me to let me know he was on his way, when he arrived he was very prompt and got to work! He was upfront about the two key pricing options, didnt just give me the more expensive one. I also had a broken spare key fob that he was able to get working again (the buttons are forever broken but I now have a spare that cranks!) he was super quick, priced extremely well and was done in about an hour! Hes also the only one of a few I called that didnt mind driving all the way out to the rural areas up by Jay. Fantastic business.

A MUST USE!!! After calling Mark at 6:00pm on a Friday he was quick to answer and show up to help. I felt bad bothering him on Friday but he made me feel comfortable, through his demeanor that I was no hassle. Throughout the process he never lost a sincere sense of dedication to getting the door open, as if it were his own car. The most amazing thing though was how he did it. I put my key in my lunchbox and locked it in.....this man, using a long wire hooked my lunchbox pulling it to him, then put the wire through the key ring while it was in my lunchbox so he could pull it out of the car. When I tell you that key ring was only a 1/4 inch wide I am not exaggerating. Mark has to be amazing at the claw machine game. Ultimately this is a man who appreciates helping people and his job. Price was incredibly low even on a weekend after hours call. I will use him every time.

This is a very professional service. I locked my one and only key in my truck. He does exactly what he tells you he is going to do with a reasonable price when others could be charging after hour rates (9pm). I got my old key out and a new key that will open and crank vehicle for less than $100. I will highly recommend this local business to everyone I know. Seems like a really good guy who, according to his website, has a very noble cause.

Best service with quick arrival!! Getting out of my van I some how accidentally locked the doors on it. Wind was pretty strong and ended up closing my door before I knew it. My toddler was locked in the car along with my phone and purse. Quickly ran to get help. We called Sure Locksmith (next would have been Fire Dept). I was pretty panicked. My son had no idea I wasn't even in the van .He was playing with toes and drinking his sippy cup in the A/C. He left the jobsite and current customer he was with just to help get my son out of the van. It took him what seemed forever in my panicked head but honestly was very quick. He arrived within 15 mins of me calling him. He had my van unlocked within 5 mins. I couldn't have asked for such a kind person with great and quick service. Especially since he did not have to leave his current customer but he did for my son. Thank you again! Lesson learned leave a sliding door open or a window down when getting out of my van.

My husband and l were very impressed with Sure Locksmith service. Mark was quick to arrive and has a polite and kind manner. He really had to work at getting into my car as the door seals are extremely tight, but he got my car door open without any damage at all. He was very cautious and careful. His prices are very fair AND he made me an extra key on site so I wouldnt have to experience a lockout again! Ill definitely have him on speed dial in the future.

I recommend him 100%. I took him up on his $99 re-key special. Well, when it was all done he ended up re-keying 19 locks, picking a few due to missing keys, and rebuilding others due to weatherization. His normal re-key job turned into many hours at my new house. With all the long hours of work, he was still extremely fair with his pricing. This is the kind of honest hardworking guy you want working for you.

Awesome Service most Honest Locksmith around bought a Fob Key for my Ram 1500 and it wasn't working even though it was a brand new FOB key so I was willing to buy a FOB key of his to get my truck working right and his Key wouldn't program either with the computer system he had hooked up to the truck so immediately he knew he had to use the newer more advanced electronic computer system of his in order to program a new FOB key to my Truck he could've done all this without telling me and still sold me his Key for an extra 125 that I had already agreed to Pay but instead he was HONEST and told me that the new FOB I had just bought for like 50.00 off Amazon may actually work and that it was just a matter of using the newer Computer System and it worked and so instead of being greedy and dishonest he saved me money about 125.00 dollars because he told me the truth and that I didn't need to buy his FOB key. So long story short Awesome Locksmith, Honest Locksmith and just a stand up guy would highly recommend this Locksmith to anyone and everyone I come across in need of a Locksmith also his prices are Fair and Reasonable. Amazing experience, I cannot say enough good things about this man. We were camping up at Krul lake and I had locked my keys in my car, everyone we called it was going to take them 3+ hours to get out to me, and they were very expensive. The gentleman came right to me in about 30min, had my door open in less than 2min, and was very reasonably priced. I would have tipped him if I could. I'm so glad I called him because anyone that I know that gets their keys locked in their car, going to 100% recommend this buisness.

This man has great equipment and talks a great game. But if it's not very simple quick cut a key and program it he does more damage than good. He came and I had a functioning key fob and key combination key and when he left he did not give me my money back and all I had was a plain key that would start the car, my key fobs never worked after that. He proceeded to tell me that it was a defective key fob that broke when I handed it to him. He talked very badly about Clark's Lock and Safe the entire time until he started struggling and did not know what to do. Clark's Lock and Safe told me that they will have no problem reprogramming my fob. And after all of this, he told me he would give me a refund and then refused when I asked for it. IN RESPONSE TO OWNER RESPONSE:These are lies. Among other lies, He never said he could not guarantee it. As a matter of fact, he said quite the opposite. Lies to try to get the next guy. And also just flat out lies about not speaking ill of Clark's. You just can't conduct business in a small town this way. I'm not going back and forth on this. USE THIS GUY WITH CAUTION!!!Update: The Honda dealer in Memphis tn reprogrammed the old key fob. They said they had to remove the generic key from the computer in order for the factory fob to work (or any fob or other key) after removing the generic key that sure locksmith made, the new Honda key and old Honda fob work great. $200 at the dealer. Lesson learned for me.
