When 2 other companies could not get into my gun safe, Dallas&Bryan from Suncoast Safe and Lock sure did, I have been locked out for about 6 months due to a electronic lock failure. AMAZING doesn't even come close to the service and pricing Suncoast Safe and Lock offers. Include, integrity, honesty, quality work and speed, and Suncoast Safe and Lock will be my 'go to' forever!Being new in town, and a new home owner, I called around to a handful of locksmiths (on Yelp and referrals too) last week (April 6, 2015) and Bryan was not only the only one who got back to me immediately, he beat the prices of every single competitor I looked into. Bryan arrived on time, assessed the locks, discussed my options and got right to work. He explained absolutely everything he was doing, showed me the parts in the boxes confirming everything was brand new, and kindly answered any questions I had. Never once did he try to 'up sell' me either. Bryan even caught a 'patch' a previous locksmith had done and he fixed it with no questions asked. Having a locksmith out to your home requires a lot of trust and Bryan immediately put me at ease. His word is his word and integrity and character go a long way in my book. Customer Service is not a department, it's an attitude and Bryan has it.The following week I had Bryan come over to install some Digital Locks and a Safe in my home and I was beyond pleased again.I'll be a customer for life.

Bryan is a safe expert. He has a great depth of knowledge about all types of safes and the more challenging aspects of being a locksmith including custom installations and fabrication.
