Called at 9am, he was very pleasant, said the day was full. Said I can't shut my front door, a knob piece was stuck, and he was here in less than 2 hours! While replacing a door knob, he also replaced another knob and 2 deadbolts that I already had in reserve. His regular fee was $55, but charged me $60 for doing 3 extra!!! How awesome is that!!!
