Staff was so helpful. They replaced batteries for my sons razor electric motorcycle. Did a great job, and even made sure it was fully charged. Will definitely be back to replace my golf cart batteries!! Highly recommend them for prompt service!!!

Ran in here to get a new battery for my car key. Found out that they have all kinds and the you can get a 2 year battery for $9.99 or a life time battery exchange guarantee for $14.99. While I was waiting for the battery to be changed I decided to ask if they make keys and not just any keys I needed one of those new. Fangled keys that has the computer in it or whatever so that it can start the car properly. At the dealership it's going to cost $200 or more. But to my surprise they make them. You could get the key it's $29.99 then it needs to be programed to your key and car which they do by accessing the information over the Internet for your year and model of car . That's just for a key no battery powered clicker . If you want one with the clicker you will have to pay about $140 to $170. Still a bargain. While I was there a ton of people were coming in and out getting everything from battery's for watches to battery's for their cars. Everyone I talked to and I pretty much talked to them all while I waited ,said this is the best place that they always come here for any kind of battery or light purchase. Most had the guarantee lifetime service and the workers there always exchanged their batteries with no problems . Every one seemed to be happy they did business here. So I highly recommend the Batteries Plus Bulbs stores.

Very honest staff!!! Why? I thought I was going to have to replace my estimated $645 car fab remote. The best news was that it was working perfectly normal based on a digital tester AND when I take my car to the mechanic, I only need a bad fuse replaced OR have it reprogrammed!!They made my day!!! I have been there twice. The first time was fine, I was getting my iphone screen fixed. However, the second time I went there for the same reason prior, whoever replaced the screen left a sticker inside of the phone screen. I only knew about this because my phone screen broke apart and I saw it. Hope they arent being careless about their work.

They do not care of their customers, they only care about selling you something of poor quality and as expensive as possible. If then you are stuck with an expensive headache. I purchased a $40 phone screen and was told it was the best in the market. They even 'kindly' installed it for me. The screen fell off a day later. When I checked the original packaging the prep test was never used. And if they were professionals they should have known that phone screens are not going to stick if the prep is not used properly. That lifetime warranty they were singing dipherambs about is nothing but a bogus. Oh well, buy your stuff online, at least you will get honest reviews about products and not fake promises from bored unknowlegable and unprofessional bunch of kids. I feellike I was robbed at that store, aweful!

I brought my phone to CPR (Cell Phone Repair) to replace the fine line crack in the glass. After telling me that they will have my phone fixed in 2 hours, they kept lying to me about when it was done. After 4 days I just walked in the place asking for my phone back. When they handed my phone back to me in a bag, it was in pieces with broken glass everywhere and destroyed LCD. It was in worse shape when I brought it in! It was in Pieces when I brought it to Batteries Plus. They told me they can fix it in 1 hour. 1 hour later, they said it was finished. The phone looked like it was never damaged! They are very professional and fixed my broken screen. My phone looks like its brand new again! I was so thankful they fixed my phone.

I went to the store for a watch battery and a bulb for my car. The watch had been in my drawer for years, I just wanted to wear it for an upcoming wedding. My sales associate asked me if I had just bought it. I said nope, had it for years. He took my watch, removed the plastic safety and my watch did not need a battery. He could've just replaced the battery and I would not have known any better. It speaks of integrity and I appreciate that so much. I bought new bulbs for my fan, as well. Thank you so much!

The Store started out well, reaching out to me the day I brought my unit into the store. I was confident it was in good hands. 4 days later I called and the store acted like they didn't know where my phone was. I was told it could take several more days and that I should check back. 2 hours later I got a call from a tech. He said he was working on my phone. Long story short, I went in 2 days later after receiving a call from the tech, stating my phone was not repairable. I was concerned my phone had been sitting somewhere dying a slow death, my suspicion was in fact confirmed by one of the desk clerks, who said, oh ya. Someone put it in a blue bin that was not supposed to be and couldn't find it. I believe my phone was no longer serviceable due to your not looking at it for 4 days after the initial review. VERY DISSAPOINTED.
