Absolutely horrible experience and wasted time. Agreed to install safe, workers came in late, refused to take the job because they did not take a proper equipment and took off. Jason (person I spoke to before) then told me 'I failed to tell him safe was too heavy and now it will cost $800 and 3 people doing next week'. Who comes to work without pallet jack and proper equipment...? Wasted time and efforts!

Today, 8/27/18, called Anthonys and I spoke with Jason, who was very amiable. He told me to come on in and bring in the new locks. The door knob Lock fit and worked fine. Jason looked at the dead bolt and I told him there was this silver, circular part, that was too wide for my door. Guess what? He said no problem, we will just remove the screw holding it and you wont need it. Wow, that was terrific and no charge. So nice of him. When I got back home, the new Lock worked great. So, thanks so much Jason. You saved me a lot of time and aggravation, as I thought I might have to drill a larger hole in my door. Customer service is paramount with me, and you represent Anthonys in 5 star fashion. Thanks so much for continuing the fantastic service that the public has come to know from the inception of your firm, in 1972. Great job! You have my utmost respect.

I had an unusual key that needed duplicated but which no one seemed to have. Anthony L&S was about the 4th locksmith I tried and they were not optimistic. But I was given two keys to try. Get this, he gave me the keys and said if one works you owe me, if not throw it away. So I have some keys to try and didn't have to pay anything. WHAT! Well one key did, in fact, work. I was more than happy to go back and pay for the key.

I usually dont take the time to post reviews. But I wanted to leave a great review for Mr Jim Spangler at Anthony Lock and Safe in Pompano Beach. I called the store in the morning and he came to my house the time I requested. He made the new front door lock have the same key as the one we all use for the rest of the house. He diagnosed that the new lock was defective but useable for now. I bought it at a different store. At the end, after I payed for his service, it was working perfectly but I asked him to make the direction of the knob horizontal meaning it was locked, he told me that it was supposed to be on a vertical position when locked. He was so kind to get out if his truck and start all over, so that I was satisfied with the project. At no extra change ! Now, when the lock is on the horizontal position, we all know that the front door is locked. Super important because we have a very protective 107 pounds German Shepherd dog that wants to protect us from any intruder ( postman). I really would like to recommend this company for their professionalism and nice to work with.

These Guys are the best. Great service.. And they really try to help you out in any way that they can. We sell used office furniture and sometimes in order to close the deal, we need to provide the customer keys for the desk or file cabinet. they have been 99.9% accurate in cutting us keys. - They always say that we cant guarantee unless we bring in the lock, but they are truly 99.9% accurate.They know their stuff ! We always refer them to our customers.. Super convenient that they are just down the road from us.
