First off, let me start by saying Debra is the freakin best! Not only was her personality gold but she was so quick in her response out to me and once here it took her less than two minutes to unlock my car... if it wasnt for her I dont know what I would do... Id also like to say the company as a whole was top notch... they worked with me and my very limited income and find a way to work out a price I could afford so that I was able to get my keys from my car... This will be the only place I ever recommend to others when they ask for a locksmith! Yall rock!!! Thanks Debra!!!

said they could not get to my issue same day, but i had expressed it was not a pressing issue. after reiterating that time was not an issue, they told me they could not do it. (why pretend like you could?)referred me to a mechanic (as it happened to do with a car). however every other locksmith i have called were willing to do it, i was just shopping around for quotes. and the mechanic is who referred me to a locksmith.

I just finished getting key fob programming and key cutting for the second time in a month, and both times were perfect. First of all they know what they are doing, because both time they were done quickly and efficiently. In addition, the people there are friendly, straight-forward, down to earth, and helpful. Randy did a great job with the programming or voodoo, or whatever you want to call it, and Theresa at the counter gave me great information/education on keys, chips, and the whole modern electronic coding of keys. This is definitely my place for locksmith needs, and would recommend them to anybody.

Managed to lock my little dog in and myself out of my office this morning. Made the one and only call to Be Secure Locksmiths, and boy, was that ever the best decision I ever made! Excellent service starting with Theresa, who took the initial call to Randy arriving here in less than an hour! Both were very friendly, and Randy was able to get me back in my office (and let my little girl out) in a few minutes! Both of them turned what started out as a very frustrating situation into a very happy day! Five stars for this company and for Theresa and Randy!

No call. No show. I had an appointment to have the locks re-keyed at the home I just purchased and no one ever showed up or called. I tried calling and the line rings once before Im informed there is not a voicemail set up to even leave a message. Extremely disappointed, especially with so many positive reviews.

Just had emergency service for my sister, who locked herself out of house and car. If all companies treated their customers like we were treated, this would be a happy world. Response from initial call to service was less than an hour. Randy was the responder and said he would arrive in 18 minutes, and he did! He was personable, funny, but best of all, did the job in a few minutes and with a smile and goodwill. All in all it was a wonderful end to a very frustrating experience. Four thumbs up for this company.

I went to the Ocala location to have a key FOB programmed for a 2018 Chevy Camaro RS.. After about 45 minutes of trying to get it to work, Randy determined that the unit was no good.. I bought it on Ebay and returned it.. He also offered to program another unit for $20 when I got it.. The second unit worked and I was only charged $20.. Thanks Randy!

Called them at 9:37pm, they said theyd come out in an hour and a half, give me $10 off if I waited for them. 12am I tried calling back to find out where they were and the phone was turned off. They never showed up.

Randy was very professional when coming to my home and helping me with my door/lock combination. He was very knowledgeable about the issue and even offered me options in how to replace my lock since it was not something he keeps in stock. This issue happened on a Saturday (and Randy's birthday), but he came and helped me while maintaining a very positive outlook. I appreciate this company and this technician. Since having a locksmith is not something I would normally consider but I now know you definitely need when in a pinch, I am glad to say I have my locksmith of choice now! Thank you, Randy! -Katie.

Juan was my locksmith technician and he did excellent work. I told him I had an appointment to go to, and he got to my house in great timing. I locked my keys in my car, and he got it opened in less then 5 mins. Would recommend them to anyone!

The first company I called said it would be an hour. I called this company to see if they could come sooner. They said they would call their tech and have him call me and let me know. When their tech called he said it would be 45 minutes. I informed him that the first company I called would be there in about the same time. I thanked him for calling me back but told him I wouldn't need him and not to come. He came anyway. Unfortunately for him he arrived at the same time as the other company. When I explained that told him not come he tried to argue with me that He misunderstood me. When I apologized and told him I didn't need him he tried to beat the competitors price and failed because his quote was the same as the other company's. When I declined his offer he tried to tell me he had to charge me a $29.99 fee for his gas and time. I then reminded him that I told him I did not need him to come out and wasn't paying that. He said he needed to call his supervisor. I told him to do so because I wasn't paying him a dime. After I allowed the other company to start working on my car he then drove away. I will never contact this company again. Their tech basically tired to beat the other tech to my location so he could poach my business and then tried to charge me for his failure.

I phoned Be Secure Locksmith in the very late afternoon, Friday. The purpose was to rekey my home. I figured with the time this close to the weekend, the earliest service would be some time the next week.The person who answered the phone was very courteous and plenty helpful. It turned out that service would not be the next week, but rather it would start in about 90 minutes!Less than 90 minutes later, J.J. called at my door. He was very capable, had no problems, even when there was a very small piece missing from one of the locks. He had a spare! He finished the job very quickly and competently, a professional through and through. And the bill? It was for less than I thought it would be.Am I pleased? You bet! Their card is on my refrigerator door!
