I hired them to replace a set of locks I purchase at Lowes. These people are reliable and provided a good service. The guy was super friendly, yet profeasional and took his time to ensure my locks were properly installed AND running smoothly. He tested them, then adjusted them appropriately. I called Local Locksmith as I didn't feel safe at my home anymore, I needed some door repair. My entry door was slammed one too many times, and the mechanism that locks the door got bad and also needed repair. I could barely lock or unlock the door and I didn't want to leave it as is for the night.So come the evening I called this company, and they sent a guy, which came in a 15 minutes notice, and we immediately got connected. While he was working we were talking about all kinds of stuff, and he also took a look at my garage door and fixed a minor issue without charging for it. The fix was quick and professional, the price was as expected with no surprises, overall this guy deserves 5 stars, and I'll also call the company to recommend him.
