Bob showed up at my place on a Saturday within an hour. He was able to repair some old hurricane shutter locks. He was determined and he would not give up! Not many locksmiths can repair old locks without trying to find parts from the manufacturer. He fixed them. His pricing was very fair. I would highly recommend his company!

Steve and his amazing kites! I was just introduced to the magic of stunt kiting. Steve let me fly his kite, showed me how to do it and I'm on my way to buy one. He's a kind and generous man who had all the kids around him flying his very expensive kites. Great experience. He's the most saturdays.

Mike came out to the house to re-key my locks due to the builder loosing the keys. Mike went above and beyond to correct issues left by the builder. He not only added parts whenever it was needed and installed my keyless entry at no charge. Very knowledgeable polite and professional.. knows his profession and does it well. WOW I went in to pick up my dads key for his Buick. My husband had issues with the mean lady that works there and when I went to pick the key up she was mad at me because she didnt know where it was. Hello you people called and said it was ready. I happened to see a baggie on the counter and I told her that would be what it looks like...she threw it at me and barked thats $60.00...I said thank you and she grunted!!! Why would anyone that unhappy and miserable even get out of bed???

Like some of the other reviews, I found the office support to be a little confusing but with some patience, finally got Mike to my house where he did an excellent and quick job of changing locks, making sure the color matched EXACTLY to what was already in place and that all lock worked correctly. Definitely outstanding service. I would highly recommend them.

Horrible customer service by the female the few times I went there. Very rude and condescending both in demeanor and vocally! Acted like she was doing me a favor. Chalking her attitude up to a 'bad day' was no longer an option. Good product...lousy help!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. If Mike wants to keep his customers he needs to find a new receptionist. I called twice this morning and both times she gave a terrible attitude and sarcastic tone. I will find someone else to help me with my issue.

Just called to get a key made, receptionist picked up and stated I'll have to get the key code, because she 'didn't have time to deal with that'.She also stated that 'it was too much work and hassle'Well I have news for this business, you're a locksmith for a reason and having such customer service standards will get you nowhere in this industry.

Store employee was exceptionally rude and has definitely got mental illness problems she was shaky and nervous and nasty I will never go there again and I did not buy from her her prices were twice as high as the other lock places where I finally ended up purchasing I went to Ace Hardware and they were super nice do not go to this lock store it is a real scam I'm noticing other poster saying the similar things Please be aware the lady is crazy out of her mind
