A very good experience, I needed two chip keys and a remote for a 2005 Cadillac. They had everything I needed and 20 minutes later I was done. And only $141.00 for it all. Great service! Sarasota location.

Don't bother calling anyone else. Spent half the day trying to find someone to cut a key by code, and after half dozen unsavory experiences I was referred to the Lock Man. I walked in, and walked out with two keys 5 minutes later, paying a SMALL fraction of what I was qouted by these other 'locksmiths.' Will know who to call first next time!

I called AAA for lost car key and lockout. Matthew responded to the call. Timing, communication, and professionalism was all 5 stars. He showed up unlocked my car and then came back shortly with a new key. At the store they even recut my extra keys a for free. Also needed a new key pad and that took no time and less expensive than the dealer. Great customer service on the road or in the store. I highly recommend for your locksmith situations.

These guys know their stuff and are reasonably priced too. Three times they saved me a bunch of money when I had to make duplicates of smart keys for different vehicles. Customer for life (well, hopefully I won't ever need them again but who knows?)

Tonight I had locked my keys in my truck. So I called AAA and this lovely man Zack came and helped me. He went beyond the call of duty. He was only supposed to unlock my truck. But he also put air in my tire and helped me find the cap to my oil spout in my truck. He was such a sweet heart. I highly recommend them.

I went there and told him that I needed my Lexus key cut to fit my car they told me it would be $95 I went elsewhere and had it done for $25 just be careful if you're having your keys cut by them
